We at Florida Sun Vacation Rentals are excited to offer you CANTERBURY 2256 AT INNISBROOK RESORT.

Beautifully Professionally Decorated Condo - Sleeps 2 Adults and 2 Children. The condo has a full kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher), 1 king bed, 1 full bathroom, 1 half. The living room sofa has a pull-out queen sleeper and walk out to balcony patio. It is turn key and ready for your enjoyment.

You will have access to the laundry room where you can do your laundry for free and hotel ice maker. Free parking is in the parking lot right outside your condo.

Your condo is located on the 2nd floor of the Canterbury building with walkout to your patio to enjoy wonderful views of the resort.

Your Bedroom has 1 king bed, its own full bathroom with a bathroom tub that includes a shower; there is a door between the living room and bedroom. The living room also has its own half bath. You will have your own TV and Wifi.

The large living room has a sofa that can be pulled out into a queen sleeper. This condo is unique as it has a half bath accessible from the living room. The full-sized kitchen has refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher.

You have free cable TV, WIFI and central AC. Plenty of Towels, extra linens, hair shampoo/conditioner, soap, hair dryer, iron, iron board are provided. The kitchen is stocked with all your cooking and baking necessities, dishes, silverware, glasses etc. A toaster and microwave are in your condo as well.

The laundry room is located down the hallway of the building and has plenty of washers and dryers that are free for you to use.

The condo is located inside the beautiful 1000-acre Innisbrook Golf Resort and Spa with 24-hour gated security and home of the PGA Valspar Championships every March. The Resort has restaurants and a sports bar on site.

The Osprey Sports bar has live Entertainment every Friday and Saturday night from 7:30 pm to 11:30 pm. Packard's Steakhouse is a fine dining restaurant and one of the best Steakhouses in the area.

Guest access:

The condo has its own entrance and you will have the entire condo for yourself to enjoy, and relax with a wonderful view! Guest are permitted to use the laundry room and all of Innisbrook’s exceptional restaurants.

2nd floor unit, no elevators in the building.

SPECIAL NOTE: This rental is for accommodations only and does not include daily maid service and it does not include the use of the Innisbrook Resort’s facilities or amenities; such as, swimming and tennis; unless they are made available to the public. However, the resort offers for purchase a daily or monthly resort amenity pass. If interested we will give you contact info for the resort Director of Recreation to purchase from directly.

Deposit, Payment and Cancellation Policy: A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $250.00 applied towards the balance is due when a guest wishes to book a property. The balance is due by check 61 days prior to the stay. The entire balance is due if booked within 60 days of arrival. All monies paid to date are non-refundable if reservation is cancelled within 60 days of the stay. NO EXCEPTIONS. For reservations after May 29, 2020, we are not offering credits or refunds due to COVID 19. The COVID 19 situation is a foreseeable event and the risk of travel is known by the traveler at time of booking. We offer at time of booking, and encourage travelers to purchase, travel insurance by CSA Generali which covers trip cancellation subject to the plan description of coverage. There are many other providers whom you can choose to buy from directly. If a guest wishes to pay the balance by credit card a 3% processing fee will be added to the total owed.
