Host was great and very responsive to questions. This is a nice unit but I would not call it a “condo” like many other units in Innisbrook. No table, couch, etc but the pictures show it. It was more hotel-room like but did have microwave and small fridge. The adjoining room had a very noisy family with kids and there is not a lot of noise-reduction with a shared interior door. It is a 3rd floor unit so be ready to climb steps which I was good with. We would stay again.

Not a Cozy Condo

We have stayed at other properties at this location, all of which were actual condos. This is a poorly appointed, though large, hotel room. It is in no respect a condo. The host is basically an automated email responder. It took until my third inquiry to get the wireless information even though I received messages "from the host" in between the requests. There were no instructions in the room, no checkout conditions, and there certainly was not even a kitchenette level cooking option. We had planned meals based on the "Cozy Condo" title. So, if you want a hotel room with fewer supplies, i.e. no cups, no tissue, a blinking light in the bathroom, and almost no "host" interaction, then the room is fine and it is cheaper than local hotels. The beds were nice, the TV was nice, the place was clean, but otherwise it was a disappointment. We even left two days early because of hurricane Helene and the host never responded to that fact. Only, hey, I hope you enjoyed your stay, remember to check out by 11am so we can get things cleaned. If you are looking for a condo, then look elsewhere. If you are looking for just a place to sleep, then it is a good price for that. It is on the third floor with no elevator, so if you aren't in good health, don't try it. Expectation management is the issue, and this is just a clever marketer with no a care for those who stay in the place. There were no lies on the listing, just misleading information and pictures. Not a cozy Condo!

Nice place to stay

Everything was fine, but the light in the bathroom.Above the toilet, blinks on and off and it needs a new tub Spout , cause all the water does not come out of the shower head And the cold water drips on the Sink in living room Vincent Pisano

Nice place.

My family had a nice vacation. Only thing to ask more was some dishes in kitchen. We had to buy paper and plastic.

Great Stay!!

We had a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful and very quiet. The accommodations were clean and the owner was great with communication. We definitely recommend this place!

Perfect spot to stay!

We were able to book this place quickly and easily and the owner was so helpful especially because we booked last minute. Everything was clean and well kept and the owner had great communication to make sure we had a great time and any questions answered. Highly recommend! Also very close to many stores and places to visit!
