The home is 12 minutes from South End and Uptown CLT. Less than 15 minutes from Charlotte Douglas International Airport. Spectrum WiFi, 55" smart TV, private driveway with room for 3-4 vehicles along with street parking. Grocery stores, shopping, restaurants and a light rail station all within walking distance (0.4 miles or less).

You'll feel right at home in this two bedroom, one bathroom home that just underwent a full renovation both inside and out. Whether traveling for business or pleasure, you'll have everything you need with a fully equipped kitchen, Keurig coffee machine along with a washer & dryer.

The open living room is filled with ample seating along with a brand new 55" smart TV. The kitchen is also stocked with brand new stainless steel appliances and a dinning table for gathering around.

The home is a duplex (side by side). The home is friendly to both young children and pets. There is a 2 pet maximum at this time in which a pet fee will be added to your reservation.

󰐂 Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged depending on the cost to fix the damage. Added cleaning fee will be applied if guests smoke inside the home.

󱀘 Surveillance or recording devices on property - Security cameras on the outside only for noise monitoring. They are there for the safety of both guests and hosts. If the cameras are tampered with, the guest will be removed from the property immediately.

Great Location and Everything We Need

We were traveling between several family events and attending TREAD Baseball academy. The location was wonderful. Anthony was extremely responsive and the "at home" environment was much better than a hotel room. I would highly recommend this location for your next get away.

Great place in town

This property was very clean and located in a great spot. There were many things to do in close proximity to the house. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We were able to walk our dog each day. The check-in and check-out procedures were easy. Would definitely stay there again.

Very Nice

The stay at the property was a pleasant one. Andrew was very friendly and helpful and ensured we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for. We also enjoyed exploring the area around the home, as there were plenty of exciting things to do nearby.

Lovely, cozy home

I really liked this 2 BR 1 BA home. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Lovely kitchen and bathroom. The host communicated as needed but otherwise left us alone. The home is located near a Food Lion, which is quite convenient! My only minor complaints are (1) my bedroom door did not close all the way and (2) the driveway is narrow so that the car that comes in last has to leave first. These are really minor issues. Overall the property was great!!!

Things looked great from the outside

The master bed was so tall I couldn't even get up on it. There were many cockroaches and feces in the cabinets where plates were stored. I left several I killed on a napkin so the owners could address the problem. I was afraid to stay there for my own safety. I left the second day without any problems and a full refund.

Charlotte Vacation

My family and I rented this place for a quick visit to Charlotte. When we arrived, I realized that I had never been sent the code to access the house. I had to do some research to find the owner’s phone #. I contacted him and he responded fairly quickly (I’d say w/in 10 mins) politely and apologetically. We got in. Without going into details, we noticed right away some cleanliness issues so I contacted the owner again. He responded quickly and really tried to make it as right as he could during our stay and I do appreciate his efforts. He said that he would have someone out to fix the issues after our visit so I hope he did. The house was cute and comfortable. Great location for us. Walkable to a small grocery store and close to the freeway. If the owner fixed the aforementioned issues, I would stay again. The owner was very responsive and that goes a long way.

A duplex gem!

My brother lives in the neighborhood, so we chose this based on proximity to his house. It’s set far back from busy South boulevard so we were not bothered by traffic noise and were able to take several pleasant walks through the neighborhood to visit my brother. This is close to several breweries and South Charlotte/South Park and has good connectivity to I-77. The property was very clean and had fresh, modern decor and our host was very prompt with communication. Be aware that this a duplex but it was very spacious. The other unit was not occupied during our visit but this is a well built old house so I would be surprised if it would be noisy with another renter. We will keep this one in our back pocket when we come to visit again!

Nice (half of a) house. Clean and convenient to everything we were doing on our stay. Did not know this house was two separate rentals under one roof. I thought we had the whole house not just half. That should be revealed in the listing. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Adorable!

This was the perfect “home away from home” for our family of 4 and our two dogs while we moved our daughter into her dorm. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Anthony was quick to respond to any messages we sent and check-in was a breeze. Everything was super easy from start to finish. What an adorable little home!

Feel at Home

Overall property was clean and comfortable. The following things were noted during the stay: Upon arrival the outside trash can and recycle receptacle were full, we placed them out for weekly trash pick up. The one TV seem to have streaming services only, no real time live TV. Would like to have had at least one bedroom with another TV in it. We had to kill some small and large wood roaches in the laundry and back hall area. Washer was soiled inside and dryer vent was filled with lint and debris. The bathroom was partially renovated. Bathtub should have been included. It would have been helpful to have a coffee or end table in the living room area, had to use bench from eating area, stand up at kitchen counter to use computer or sit computer in lap.
