The soothing colors of sea, sky & sand create a cheery welcome in this bright vacation residence, with everything you need for a getaway to the beach. The open concept living space offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and 50 inch TV.

Just outside the kitchen is a sparkling heated pool, comfortable lounge area & outdoor kitchen with gas grill, and hot tun
& shared laundry.

To help keep the property comfortable and enjoyable for everyone, please keep the following in mind:

• This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.

• If you choose to swim after 9:00 PM, please do so quietly and respectfully.

• You will have a fully private apartment. However, the outside grounds, including the shared laundry room, heated pool, patio, gazebo, and hot tub, are shared with the other apartments on the property.

• Please do not invite outside guests to use the amenities without prior permission.

• Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the patio.

• We look forward to hosting you in paradise and hope you truly enjoy your stay.

Really cute, hot tub wasn’t open the night of our stay and pool was chilly but property is cute. Door handle needs repaired.

Decent property but….

From the ad we were under the impression that this was a stand alone house that we would have to ourselves, that was not the case as the space is an add on to the owners house along with another unit that you share the pool area, laundry, and parking with (I met the couple who were staying in the other unit, first words out of her mouth-“we thought this was a house we would have to ourselves”) lol! The unit itself is acceptable although I would say it only sleeps 5 as the couch is really not an option, the location is fine although we thought it was much closer to the beach, it’s a good 10 minute drive. Also the bathroom has no window and no fan (??) so bring air freshener as they don’t provide!

Quaint hidden gem

We had a wonderful time at the property. The outdoor area is the star of the property with a pool, outdoor kitchen and lounge area. It’s very close to a lot of shops and restaurants and minutes from the beach. I will definitely book again

Nothing says vacation like this beach themed 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment inspired by the azure color palate surrounding the Gulf of Mexico. Step through the private entrance into this well-appointed apartment featuring a bright, sunny kitchen outfitted with everything you need to enjoy a meal at home. Relax at the dining table’s cushioned window seat or comfortable pull-out sofa. One bedroom offers a large king-size bed facing a colorful mural of the beach and bamboo linens. The second bedroom features a queen bed, bamboo linens, and colorful artwork. The bathroom provides a walk-in shower and additional towels, linens, and sunscreen in the adjoining linen closet. Free Wifi is provided, along with a flat-screen television hosting streaming premium channels for your enjoyment. Just off the kitchen is a shared laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for your use.

Outside you’ll find a large pool with a covered patio and island-inspired lounge. The outdoor kitchen with gas grill and dining area with seating for six makes the perfect setting for an evening of dining al fresco. When you're not at Siesta beach or exploring the wonders of Sarasota, you'll enjoy the large sparkling pool with multiple seating areas, ideal for bathing in the Florida sun or tucking under the shaded lounger with a good book or an afternoon siesta. Pool toys and towels are provided for your use, as well as coolers and beach chairs you're welcome to use at the beach. In the evening, you're invited to enjoy the fire pit located in the yard where you can reminisce about your day while gazing into the crackling fire, or enjoy making s'mores with the kids.
