Julia is a phenomenal host! She is such a wonderful communicator and answered any questions we had whenever we had them. This was the best stay with no stress. There is so much to see and you are only a few miles away from so much! Lido beach was great and only 20 minutes away, along w/ Venice Beach and Siesta Key is literally 5 minutes from the house. The pool and outdoor area was so peaceful and lovely. I did fall asleep on the swing out front when we came back from the beach HAHA. I will definitely be visiting again!!!!!!!!

We had an amazing stay at Julia’s place. It was perfect for our family, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. The pool was the highlight and the kids loved it, especially swimming at night with the cool pool lights. We also really enjoyed the short walk to the park. Julia was very responsive and kind, and quick to respond to any questions. We had everything we needed and had a very comfortable stay. I highly recommend.

Julia is a great hostess, everything you need to spend time in a home is there. Very well appointed, close to the park to take walks with your guests and pet. Neighborhood is very nice, quiet area, close to grocery store, other retail shops, beaches for beautiful sunsets and short drive to tourist related activities like St. Armands Circle or the Ringling Museums. Highly recommend if you are in the area.
