1. PET FRIENDLY: We love your furry friends! A fee of $150 per dog must be paid BEFORE the guest arrival date. There is a max of 2 dogs on the property and a max weight of 50 lbs. per dog. Sorry, but no cats or exotic animals are allowed in the home. If evidence of an unapproved (or unpaid for) pet is located on the property, there will be a $400 non-refundable fine. Please clean up after your pet in the yard (bring your own doggy waste bags) and in the home. Additionally, any pet brought to the property must not be left unattended in the home. If they are left at the property alone, they will need to be kept in a pet crate.
2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.
3. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.

Had a very nice stay. Great location and lots of stuff to use at the beach and the park across the street. Really enjoyed sitting on the back deck overlooking the pond. Only thing to be aware of is the park across the street gets loud at night with all the baseball games, but it didn’t bother us. Great communication with the host, there wasn’t any laundry detergent and he sent someone right over with some.

Just as described. Home in great location, driving distance to beaches, downtown area, shopping, etc. home was clean, host was responsive with any questions. Check in and out instructions were clear, making it a seamless process. Would stay here again.

The property is a nicely remodeled suburban home adjacent to a neighborhood park. There are no restaurants or shops in walking distance, but the main road is a short distance away. There are plenty north or south of the property. The property was spotless inside. The lighting was very bright inside without dimmers.

Beautiful home
The house was beautiful. Extremely clean. Very well equipped. The back deck overlooking the pond and the firepit was awesome. We celebrated 60th birthday and retirement. Great time. Would definitely stay again.

Hi there, my name is Landon!
I'm a husband and father to 3 incredible little boys. My all time favorite things to do, would have to be golf, exploring a downtown area, or relaxing all day on a beach. I love brainstorming with like-minded entrepeneurs who are enthusiastic about new opportunities, just like me. I like to make things happen! Which is why I love what I do.
Currently, I am helping homeowners from across the country manage there Vacation Rentals and welcome guests into their 2nd homes through our company called BNB Breeze. We are a hands-on short term rental management company and mostly handle Airbnb listings and the logistical work that goes into managing these properties. Showcasing these properties to look their best and bring in higher returns for investors is just a small part of what I do. Currently managing properties in 13 different states.
I'm excited to say that the company has grown to include many team members! Heather, Aj, and Barb are all working full-time to help BNBbreeze maintain all of the beautiful properties we manage. Additional part-time team members help round out our entire business. Working with with these folks is part of what makes this job so fun:)
