Cette maison de 4 chambres / 4. 5 salles de bain de 2800 pieds carrés est située dans la phase I de Watercolour directement derriÚre Seaside et à cÎté de l'installation de tennis Watercolour. Comprend 3 grandes chambres avec lits king-size (plus un lit de repos en maßtre), une zone avec lits superposés pour 6 personnes, un salon pour adolescents, une cuisine spacieuse / une grande chambre au 1er étage, une véranda avec moustiquaire et une véranda à l'arriÚre.

Un service Internet haut débit est fourni gratuitement. 5 TV, DVD, X-Box d'origine, etc. Profitez de la proximité de la plage, de 4 piscines (dont 2 chauffées) avec service de serviettes, du BeachClub, des restaurants dont le restaurant Fish out of Water et du Sushi Bar, d'un marché aux vins / café, du tennis (dont 5 courts Har-Tru - des frais de court s'appliquent ) et boutiques. Une épicerie Publix est située sur place.

What a gem of a stay! We are already planning our trip back next year. The WayWard Sun is in the PERFECT location, and the house has everything you could need and more. We had the absolute best week and made memories to last a lifetime.

Home away from home

Wedding Paradise

Beautiful, conveniently located home in WaterColor. We had a large group for my sons wedding and the house accommodated us perfectly, each bedroom with its own bath. Although we didn’t do much cooking, the kitchen was well stocked for a large group!

Wonderful Stay

We loved our stay here! Walking distance to beach, Beach Club, Camp Watercolor, and Seaside shopping. House is beautiful and large. Great amenities! The ice maker was a game changer! Ann was wonderful! Could not have been better!

Lovely place, great location!

Wayward Sun is a lovely place and at a great location. It is close enough to the beach AND Seaside that it is walkable, but we enjoyed the bicycles that came with the house and rode our bikes everywhere. It was so convenient to just bring ourselves and our sunscreen and bike 4 minutes over to the Beach Club to pick up towels and go to our beach chairs/umbrella that we rented. Ann was a great hostess, very responsive to questions. Word of advice: definitely lock up the bicycles with the provided locks. Teenagers to just pick up random unlocked bikes and “borrow” them, they just leave them somewhere else. Next time we go to Watercolor we will be staying again at Wayward Sun!

Best condo in the Destin/30-A area!!

We’ve stayed in many condos in the area over the years, but this one was our favorite! The location is terrific! The condo itself is beautiful, and the owner, Ann, was very helpful throughout the process. So many extras, such as bicycles, dedicated icemaker, hooks in all the right places. There is even a library for renters to take a book and/or leave one. Also, there was plenty of hot water for when everybody wants to take a shower when getting home from the beach in the afternoon, unlike at some of the condos we stayed at in the past. I’m going to try to stay here again next year if possible!

Favorite place!

We have been vacationing in Seaside/Watercolor the past five Summers, and this home is by far our favorite. The location can’t be beat, and the house is so clean and welcoming. Ann was so responsive and made sure everything was ready before we arrived. We will definitely be back

Amazing house and host!

We couldn't have asked for a better location, house or host. Every detail of the home was perfect and you could tell the host went to great measures to make sure of it. We've rented several houses in the past but never a place where it truly felt like a home and not a rental. The kitchen couldn't have been more well-stocked - it had everything we needed and more! There were extra pillows and blankets, chairs and a wagon to take to the beach, and a library of books. I could go on and on. The host, Ann, was a delight and handled any question we had cheerfully and promptly. It is the only property I've ever taken the time to review and was by far the best home we've ever stayed in. I'm already looking forward to our next stay here!

Spring Break 2023

We stayed her for Spring Break with 7 teen girls and 3 moms. Chose the house because of the location and the number of rooms. Each adult had her own master suite and shared the bathrooms with their daughters. There was also a powder bath and hallway bath. The teens slept in the bunk room and the teen lounge. The bedrooms were roomy and the beds were very comfortable. The size was perfect for us and we loved the roominess of the kitchen and family room. From the back porch we walked a path that led straight to the Seaside shops within a couple of minutes. We were also close to the Water Color Beach access and either walked or rode bikes to the beach. The landlord was easily reached by text with questions and luckily we did not have any problems while there. Highly recommend this house!

Wayward Sun is a wonderful property. Great location, close to Seaside and other amenities. House was roomy enough for our family of 10. Loved sitting on porch in early morning, listening to the birds sing and watching the squirrels play.

Wonderful Oasis

This is a lovely property that is so serene and quiet. The home is absolutely first class and very comfortable. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and convenient. Loved staying here and would definitely return. Immaculately kept!

Fantastic Watercolor Stay

We've stayed in Watercolor/Seaside for many years and each year at a different property. Wayward Sun is near the top of the list of properties we've stayed at. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The home itself has a very good layout for a 2 family stay (we had 9 total with 5 teenagers) and is in good condition. The real draw of Wayward Sun, and maybe most importantly, is the location. It's tucked back in a back ally and while it is Watercolor, it's a 5 minute walk from Seaside square. The WC tennis courts and Seaside church are steps off the back porch in fact (a very short walk through a beautiful wooded area). It's a short bike ride to the beach/WC Club/Boathouse also. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone and I'll be looking to see if it's available when we revisit WC/Seaside again.

“Big” Birthday celebration with family

The home is perfectly located and the rooms and exterior are smartly furnished with conversation and play areas. It was easy to communicate with Ann who manages her home. The watercolor amenities were close by and we had a short cute directly into Seaside as well. Great family home! Very cozy and well stocked.

Beautiful Property! Great Location!

The house is in an ideal location to walk to town or take 5 minute bike ride to the pools/beach. It was located on a private drive with a cut through path to town. There was plenty of space and the house was extremely clean. I highly recommend!
