This very recently renovated top floor, three story walk up apartment in a historic brownstone row house includes 2 bedrooms (queen beds), pullout full size sofa bed, and 1 full bathroom. Dedicated parking 2-3 min walk away, Wifi, air conditioning (in both bedrooms and the living room), dish washer and in unit washer/dryer make this an ideal home away from home.

This was a treat to stay in Portland. It's close to restaurants. The roof top deck is special with a table for eating outside. Hosts were excellent at communicating and provide a guide to local places to eat.

Hosts were easy to get a hold of. Beds were comfortable. We did not have a car so we did not experience any parking issues. You can get where you need to be in 2-20 minutes of walking. You can Uber anywhere else you need to go. All good!

Great location for day trip to Bar Harbor/Acadia National Park and short distance from Kennybunk and Ogunquit.Only recommendation would be to maybe sort the recommendations in the guest book (ex. Grocery, coffee, etc) as being in a new city can be overwhelming to figure out where everything is.Would recommend the Harbor lights and sights cruise in Portland/Old Port.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was ideally located in Portland so that we could easily walk to everywhere we wanted to go but were not in the thick of the crowds. There’s a really cute little market that sells everything you need right down the street. The unit was furnished with everything we needed and in fact we cooked dinner two of the nights that we were there. The roof deck is a really nice feature. We were also really pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the mattresses were, since this is often a weak point in rentals. The hosts were extremely communicative and responsive. One thing to be aware of is that you do have to carry your luggage up three flights of somewhat steep stairs. We would definitely stay at this rental again.
