All was good. We had a little issue with the kitchen faucet but Erica was great with communication and fixed the issue as soon as she could.

Everything was better than expected! Host was great! She was on top of everything before I even asked! Great communication! Pool was awesome! So much to do around there! We rented a boat and tubed, we went to the beach, we ate at wonderful restaurants, shopped, etc! Lots more we wanted to do but only had 4 days! Will definitely be back!

We had a great weekend with friends (we were two couples). It was very convenient to have two full bathrooms, each one next to the bedrooms. The place was immaculate and the instructions were clear. Parking was very easy and convenient. We didn't use the pool, but we will when we come back!

We enjoyed our stay in the condo at Spring lakeHad to contact Erica with a couple of small problems She was very quick to respond And solve our problems Good size balcony to set on a watch the boats on Spring. LakeOne night we were having 9 people for dinner. Great property, location, and host

My wife and I enjoyed walking to town on the walking paths. The condo was super clean and spacious. We communicated with the host several times before before the visit and each time got a prompt and reasonable reply. Would definitely recommend to all.

It was better than I expected from the description. Things are fresh, new, and upscale. The set-up is such that each bedroom/bathroom/large walk-in closet with the living room and kitchen dividing them, has lots of privacy. Two families could comfortably stay here with little kids on sleeping bags in the closet! It feels very secure. Sitting on the deck is pleasant, water views on each direction. We have already rented for next year!

July trip

The condo was lovely. Very clean, spacious and well stocked. We were dissapointed that ther was only one elevator and was the furthest from it. Normally that would be ok but we were with a friend who has difficulty walking. Condo is on the top floor. The only view of the water was from the very tiny balcony and you had to face a certain way to see it. Your main view is the metal roof of a building. Overall we had a good time!

Thank you for a wonderful experience! We were in Spring Lake for my daughters wedding. We have four adult children who visited us day of wedding and a 6 month old grandson. My son was easily able to set the baby up in the bedroom, it stayed quiet in there. Plenty enough room for us all to get ready with the bride, the bathrooms were nice. We did not feel on top of one another. Love how the bedroom areas are separated by common area. The view of water was relaxing. We rented a Pontoon boat for the day, we were able to pick my son up from the condo at the gas dock. There is a nice new community center you can drive boat around to on other side that had public bathrooms, splash pad and docking. You can also rent kayaks there. There is a variety of restaurants. The overall experience was 5 star. Great communication, great service, clean, updated property in a charming area.

The condo is in a great location. The guest bedroom has a terribly hard bed with super cheap pillows. We actually had to change the sheets due to them being used and still on the bed. We found hair and what I could only come up with is dandruff from someone’s body. No towels in the second bathroom.We found some towels in a bedroom closet. The place just seemed like at one time someone took really good care of it, but I don’t know if they hired a new cleaning person but they definitely don’t clean like a person should. Currently I would not recommend this place, unless they upgrade the bed, pillows and change cleaning crew.

The condo was very nice,The beds are to die for...so comfortable.Kitchen was nicely equipped for the little we used it.Condo was nice and clean.Towels were nice quality.We did have some confusion getting in as it was after 6:00 but a very nice resident helped us and were all set after that.We enjoyed our stay.Erica was very helpful whenever I reached out to her.Thank you.

Great property for our needs. We were visiting college student and really enjoyed the kitchen and other amenities. Plenty of space and location near Grand Haven was perfect.
