This is the perfect spot for your next family getaway! Grill out on the wraparound deck or make the quick drive to Woods Hole or downtown Falmouth for dinner.

Very comfortable and super clean property. Michael responded quickly to any questions we had. We loved the beach that was a 5 minute walk from the house.

Great stay

We stayed for 2 weeks this summer. The house is great - updated, very clean and great for our family. It is a quiet location a short drive to the beaches.

Great stay!

Michael’s house is exactly as shown and communication with him was easy. All parts of the house are comfortable and new. Location is great and it is easy to get to all parts of Falmouth within 10 mins. We definitely recommend Michael’s house.

Perfect house, perfect location!

The house is as immaculate as advertised! Beautifully remolded, and perfect for our family trip! The location couldn’t have been better. Woodneck, Old Silver, The Knob, Falmouth Main St., Woods Hole… all short drives away. Can’t wait to come back next summer!

Nice home

We enjoyed our week - very clean and well appointed. Mike was easy to deal with. Only feedback was our desire for more TV's and window shades. Otherwise, very nice rental.

Gorgeous home in a great location

We spent 2 weeks here over 4th of July and enjoyed every minute. The house is impeccable, comfortable and well appointed. Wi-fi worked great and the outdoor spaces were serene. Bathrooms on every level made for comfortable living for different groups without bumping into each other. The neighborhood is gorgeous and the private beach access just across the street was a nice added touch. Be careful walking on Sippewissett Rd and you'll do great. The owner and I interacted over email and text and he was prompt, responsive and addressed anything we needed, which wasn't much. 5/5 stars would highly recommend!

Falmouth

We spent the month of August at this property and it was wonderful. It is a great location.... very close to downtown Falmouth and Woods Hole. It is also walking distance to the beach! The house itself had every amenity we needed. We had a lot of fun dining on the outdoor porch. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well equipped and modern. The AC and WiFi worked well and the kitchen had everything we needed. We will be back the next time we rent in this area!

Great modern house with all the conveniences

We never lacked for anything at the house. AC, outdoor shower, beautiful bedrooms, grill, towels, linens, cable/wireless was perfect. Only a few miles from Woodshole and Pie in the Sky or a short trip to downtown Falmouth for shopping and dining out. The only thing that could have made it better was having the beach out the back door, but this was only a short walk away and Woodneck (best beach in the area IMHO) is barely a mile away.

Fantastic property!!

We have been coming to Falmouth for decades and always prefer to stay in Sippewissett. This house hits all the marks! It's a gorgeous new renovation with enough room for 8 of us. Everything is clean and the home is well stocked. The house is very private and the neighborhood is quiet. The beach across the street is one of the best on this part of the Cape and is resident only. Most days I was there with only 2-3 other small parties. There are some rocks but the water is crystal clear with almost no seaweed. The sunsets from here are out of this world! You can walk from the house, but it can be tricky as the roads are very narrow with blind curves. The basement set up is kind of funky but it worked well for us as a "family suite", with a tween and a teen. Beds were super comfortable with great linens. On site laundry is a huge plus. And the outside space is great! The host was easy to work with, and kept in good contact. He is very responsive to questions by email or text. Would 100% rent again or recommend to friends!
