This amazing, 2-bedroom town home is perfect for your family's next beach getaway! The home is about a half block from the sugary sands of the world's most beautiful beaches.

The home itself is spacious and very comfortable for all. The kitchen and dining area are perfect for mealtime, and you'll look forward to relaxing in front of the huge flat-screen TV in the family room after a long day at the beach. This beautiful rental is made up of the 2nd and 3rd floor of the home. On the second floor is the main living area, with kitchen, dining, living room (comfy sofas 2 small kids could sleep) and one bedroom. You'll find a king-sized bed in the bedroom with its own TV and cable; as well, private access to the full guest bathroom.

On the 3rd floor, is very large room with a king size bed. There is also a TV with cable and full bathroom upstairs. And don't forget the from the patio on the 3rd floor to catch some smaller gulf views!

Guests are provided starter paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, and trash bag. If more are required for stay guests must provide their own.

Great stay!

We had a great stay. The check in process was very easy. It was pretty clean other than the cobwebs on the ceiling. All of the furniture and linens were clean. Very close to the beach. Overall it was a great stay! Would stay again.

It was ok I wasn’t impressed with the air conditioning it was very hot the whole stay outside but was the same in the condo with the air on no one ever came to check it

Eric I'm sorry about the AC. We had the condenser coils dirty and clogged that needed cleaned. Usually AC tech is able to get there a lot quicker then we were able to get them there. That issue has been resolved. Best regards!

Beach

The property was great, furniture and patio set needs up graded. Otherwise the beach access was great, walking distance. Area was not far from anything 2 mile radius. I would stay again. If furniture is up graded. Enjoyed trip we had everything we needed. I’ll give it a 4 out of 5.

Got refunded

Kenny the property manager is great! This property was filthy, had structural issues, not to mention black mold around the ceiling vents. I expressed my concerns to. VRBO and Kenny and eas quickly refunded.

So after you were refunded I made sure they cleaners went through the town home and made sure was at a higher standard. I saw what they did for your stay and I didn't see major issues but our hope is to meet the standards of our guests so really pushed for the littlest of details be watched. Regarding the vents, I did have them clean them. Mildew does build up from time to time on vents here in Florida and need to be cleaned. It's the tough part of living here. There aren't any structural issues, so not sure what you were talking about regarding that. There have been stucco mending throughout the community but nothing structural with ours. Best regards!

21st Birthday for my Daughter

The room was nice and the owner was very responsive. The pool was green and full of algae. We could not even get in the pool or the hot tub. The hot tub jets didint work. We had a family member with cancer that couldnt get in thebocean so we counted on having a pool. So it ruined the trip for her.

So close to the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is just half a block to the beach! This made it really easy to quickly adjust for the weather (we had some rain) and to go back for food or if we forgot something. Thomas' Donut and Snack shop is a also just a short 5-min walk down the road and we enjoyed donuts, dinner, and ice cream from here several times! In the townhouse, there is a separate studio for rent on the first floor and then the second and third floor are for this listing. There was plenty of space and seating available and we were pleased with the 2 king beds and 2 full bathrooms. Also it should be noted that if you have a pack n play or small child mattress, both closets are large enough to accommodate! It was just my spouse and I and our 3 year old, so she got the downstairs bedroom to herself, but I always like to read reviews with this information. Overall, wonderful stay.

Great stay overall

We had a great stay here! The best thing about this place was the location and all the amenities. It's so close to the beach (walk to the main road, beach access is right across the street) and away from the high-rises in PCB. Plus, it has a pool (though shared with other town houses it was never crowded) which was great in between the beach time (pool area could use some umbrellas and new pool furniture). The town house was overall pretty clean. It is very spacious. The kitchen has everything you could ask for (awesome fridge/freezer; coffee machine and Keurig; microwave, etc.). The place also has a washing machine and dryer; water hose outside to wash off the sand. The second floor shower is huge. The sofa sleeping is definitely only for kids (our daughter loved her "bed" though). The beds were very comfortable, though pretty high (especially first floor bedroom) which may be an issue for some folks to get in and out. Stairs may be an issue for older folks also. However, the place overall could use some TLC, from stained sofas and pillows, missing remotes, broken hooks and ceiling fan lights, to missing blinds. Considering the price per night, I would have expected a little more love and attention to detail, especially as these are all small fixes. With all the fees, it ended up being $450 per night for us (middle of June). Also, despite the high cleaning fee, you are still supposed to strip all the sheets, start the dishwasher, and bring all the trash to the end of the road dumpster. Last piece of advice: If you sleep in the bedroom on the top floor, bring a mask. It is bright! In addition to some broken blinds, the top round window has no blinds at all. Despite that, you will still really enjoy your stay!

Okay but deceiving

Overall the rental was decent. However, the pictures are deceiving. The pictures make it seem as if the property is newer and in better shape than it is. The ocean can only be seen from the top floor balcony. Pros: Communication with the host was great! The host responded to all of our inquiries within 24 hours and was accommodating. It is conveniently located across from the beach. The community is relatively quiet. Check-in and check-out was very easy. The host provided starter paper products and basic necessities. The bedrooms are spacious and blankets are provided in addition to the bedding. The master shower is big and has dual heads. The kitchen and appliances were nice. There are several ceiling fans in the living room and master bedroom. Parking was good given that overflow parking was available for the other couple. Cons: This property is not for the young at heart but old in the knees. Watch your step as you enter or exit the property. The first step in is disproportionately taller than the rest. There was an unpleasant odor upon entering the property as if pets had lived there. The walls had numerous marks and were in definite need of painting. We did not expect new furniture. However, it is obvious that it has been owned and used for a very long time. A few of the blinds fell down when we attempted to open them. The bathrooms need to be updated especially the master. The shower grout was very stained which was very unappealing. The towels were better quality than you find in some hotels. However, there was hair in the towels. The bedding was dingy and stained. The furniture on the large balcony was a hodgepodge of outdated and weathered chairs, a stool and a bar. We could not locate a remote for the living room tv so we used one of the bedroom remotes for both.

Clean, Quiet, and Relaxing

We were in PCB for a softball tournament. This property is right across from the beach. The quiet end of the beach that is. Great location and easy to get too. We will stay here again. One note: There are a lot of steps, but the view on the top floor is great!

Great Stay

The place was nice, clean, and relaxing. Only thing I’d have to say I didn’t like is we weren’t provided with more toilet paper and paper towels like most of the rental properties I’ve stayed in but overall I guess it was pretty nice.
