I really enjoyed my trip!!! LOVED THE CONDO. It was beautiful and well decorated. The location is right across from the beach so it took less than five minutes to walk over. Security was nice and very helpful. My only complaint would be the bugs we saw. There were ants in each room and we saw a roach in the kitchen. There weren’t a crazy amount but definitely one to many. Maybe would consider staying again.

Awesome condo. Check in was extremely easy. Plenty of room for everyone and everything. Location is great. If you’ve got kids, they’ll enjoy the turtles and ducks that swim up when you walk out on the balcony.

Epic Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time to stay in the One More Round unit in the last four years at Edgewater Resort and this trip was probably the best one yet. The condo was super clean and the only issue we had was the dryer stopped working but Blue Swell had their maintenance guy up quickly and he was able to repair it. We had a few questions and again Blue Swell was quick to respond whenever we needed something. We plan on being back next year and hopefully we will stay in One More Round again. I would highly recommend this unit and I would also recommend Blue Swell to anyone who is looking for vacation rentals in Panama City Beach.

It was a nice place, it was clean and all that, but overall that's all. I rented this for the simple fact I believed it was downstairs due to some of the photos, if I knew it had been upstairs I wouldn't have got it because it's hard for my husband to walk and I explained that the next day when I had to go get my parking pass, all they said is yes sorry it is upstairs sorry for the photos. We just dealt with the fact we had to stay upstairs. Now with that being said just be aware before you rent from these people, that if you're like me and my husband, and have a child and grandbaby and other family members that live down there and you're there for the main reason to visit family THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DRIVE NOR WALK ON THE PREMISE BECAUSE YOU THE RENTEE IS JUST A GUEST AND CAN'T HAVE COMPANY! NO MATTER HOW MUCH MONEY YOU PAY TO STAY THERE. I'VE NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE RENTED SOMEPLACE AND HAVE FAMILY MEMBERS BE TOLD THEY COULDN'T COME CAUSE WE'RE JUST GUESTS. The money we spent to stay there and then find this out. Trust me when I say it did not mention none of this in the description. I understand limit parking but my nieces and nephew asked them at the gate if they parked across the street could they walk in and they still told them NO. It's just crazy

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear the condo was clean and nice, but we’re truly sorry to learn about the challenges you faced, especially regarding the unit’s location upstairs and the parking and guest policies. We apologize for any confusion caused by the photos and understand how important it is to have clear information upfront, especially when mobility is a concern for your husband. We will review the listing to ensure that the unit’s location is clearly communicated to avoid future misunderstandings. Regarding the parking and visitor access, we understand how frustrating it must have been to learn that family members couldn’t park or walk onto the premises freely. These policies are set by the property management or HOA and are intended to maintain security and parking availability for guests. However, we recognize that this can be inconvenient, especially when visiting family, and we’re sorry this was not communicated clearly before your stay. Your feedback is invaluable, and we’ll work on making these details more transparent moving forward. We appreciate you choosing to stay with us and regret that these issues impacted your visit. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you’d like to discuss this further.
