Bring the whole family to this great place on the river with lots of room for fun. This home features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and an open den with a pull-out couch. This home sleeps 11. 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 4 bunk beds, and a pull-out queen bed. Waterfront home on the Colorado River, Private Dock swim area, in Bullhead City, AZ. Features dual central A/C and heater and ceiling fans in each room for added comfort. Our home is fully furnished with a newly updated kitchen with all new appliances, Free WIFI, GAS BBQ grill, Laundry room. We are located in a no-wake zone for added safety. Garage is not accessible.
Your safety is priority. There are four cameras and a ring doorbell, all located outside. One in the front, one in the back and one on both sides of the home.

Please don’t flush feminine products down the toilet.


The gas for the bbq is on the patio behind the couch. No propane tanks to fill.
We require you to have 4 star or better reviews to book please.

I can’t say enough about the property and the host Heather. She answered any questions we had quickly and made us feel right at home. The property is beautiful and right on the river. Beautiful home on the river

This river home is clean and very comfortable. Has everything you’ll need for a worry free time on the river. The host Heather is very friendly and quick to help out or answer any question I had. Will definitely be back when we visit again!

This is the most relaxing place ever

The access to the river is great and the house is very clean also has everything you need. The parking is a little tight and the people next to you are very territorial with their properties.

This year’s trip to this house was the best yet! We plan a jet-ski trip each year & this rental was in an excellent location & the house was roomy, well-appointed, & clean. This property is a great value for the money & we will book again. On top of all this, the property owner did a great job communicating & answering questions.

Welcoming Home & Hosts

We really enjoyed our stay in Bullhead! The property was clean, and the kitchen had just about all of the tools we needed to cook our way through the weekend. Heather, the host, was very welcoming and responsive throughout our days leading up to the reservation, and during our stay. While it was too cold to enjoy the river, it is a great home to visit during warmer weather to do just that!

Beautiful house on the water!

This house is in one of the best locations! We we’re able to dock our boat right out front which added to the convenience and made it easy to load and unload coolers and toys for the day. There’s plenty of room for everyone in this beautiful house which was also super clean! The host was so sweet and easy to communicate with. Thank you for such an amazing place to spend quality family time!

Nice place

We were a party of five seniors. Enjoyed our stay. Everything you read about it is true. Having three bathrooms is a big plus Sam's Club and Walmart are close and you are less than fifteen minutes from the casinos in Laughlin. Plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area. Wasn't quite as pricey as some other places and the location was better, suited us perfectly. I would definitely book again. Great interaction with Heather the host
