Gorgeous 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home in friendly Sunridge Estates.

The home looks over protected Arizona Trust land, Lake Mohave and Spirit Mountain providing endless desert views. Inside you will find a welcoming atmosphere with power reclining sofas and fantastic finishing touches. Luxurious pool. Firepit in the back area. Private exit from the master suite with doors that lead to the patio and pool. Make the most out of the patio with the Trager Smoker, Blackstone griddle and gas grill. Ample parking for cars, boats and trailers.

For the true adventurers, there is access to amazing off roading sites (Just ask for our favorite trails)! Extremely close proximity to Katherine's Landing and casinos in Laughlin. Come enjoy a true oasis in beautiful Bullhead City.

Beautiful View & Gorgeous Backyard

This property was absolutely beautiful and overlooked both Laughlin, the river and the southern portion of Lake Mohave. The pool was gorgeous and the home beautiful and comfy!

Amazing stay in Bullhead!

This place is amazing. It was clean, had all the amenities you could need - even pool floats and games! It was a huge property and a short drive to the casinos in Laughlin. Def can’t wait to stay here again!

Brilliant property in Every way!

The owner is wonderful to deal with. She is so friendly and accommodating! The house is lovely and clean and was perfect for us! The pool and the view are so perfect!!! Two days in I regretted not booking for longer so we are returning but have extended the stay! Highly recommend!!

Very nice property!

Very satisfied with the host and their beautiful home. My wife and our friends all loved the view and the backyard was amazing! We had room to park out trailers and our trucks. Comfortable beds and a kitchen you could cook a feast in! We all agree we'd definitely come back! Thanks Barb and Pat!

Desert Gem

We loved this property! The house is comfortable, clean and stocked with anything you could need while staying there. Beds were comfortable and my girls enjoyed having their own bathroom attached to the guest room. The owners were super accommodating and responded quickly to any questions. The only draw back to this property is that the pool heater isn’t keeping the pool’s temp warm. My kids still swam even though it was cold! I would definitely recommend and stay at this property again.

Short Weekend Vacation

Great neighborhood and close enough to the action. If you go when it is not extremely hot out night and day, don't expect the pool to be useful (unless you like cold water). I was told it would be heated but weather plays a part. It was in high 80's/low 90's and pool was still cold. So if your looking for a nice place and not concerned about the use of the pool, great place to stay! Don't forget when you see the cost of nightly stay that they add other costs. My two nights ended up costing twice as much as listed if you add all the other costs. They charged a huge cleaning fee but required us to do a lot ourselves to avoid extra charges. If your gonna charge a huge cleaning fee for a two night stay, the cleaning crew should do the work, not us.

Amazing view during the day and awe-inspiring skies at night. The house is well appointed, the owners were extremely helpful and the location was great. We enjoyed being minutes from town, but our neighborhood was quiet. Check on paying extra to have the pool heated because the pool is wonderful.

House was exceptionally clean/well maintained and in great proximity to Katherine’s! We loved that the house felt like a home away from home and had all the amenities you need! Pool is beautiful as well and they provide chairs And floaties. Highly recommend this house! We look forward to coming back!

We purchased this home with "retirement" on our mind. It didn't take long to realize how much we love Bullhead City and how much we love sharing our home with others. We added special touches in our home to make sure you, our guest, feel as comfortable as possible.

We love traveling throughout the US especially National Parks. Our favorite place besides here is Montana.

This property is your own private oasis. After a day of boating on the water, come back and relax in your own private pool with a BBQ oasis. It's adult and kid friendly. With your own pool and fire pit with views that never end, what else do you need. In the cooler months, it is perfect with the glow from the pool and stars.

We also STOCK it. Our promise is that you will have plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, hand soap and garbage bags.

POOL IS NOT HEATED

The recliners in the living recline head and legs with a USB plug on the side. :) We also will have toiletries stock so no worries. This house is unique as once you walk in, you will forget you are in Bullhead City.
