Perfect location! Right on the river, close to all amenities and the casinos. We have plenty of fenced in parking. Private dock and beach. This Ocean themed has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, living room and full kitchen. BBQ and beautiful seating on the patio. The views are spectacular. You will love it!
This suite is spacious and cozy. Cleaned and sanitized. One master with full bathroom and slider. One bedroom with queen bed and a slider. One bedroom with 5 bunk beds. Two full bathrooms. Living room, dining table. Full kitchen with everything you need to cook inside or outside on the BBQ (propane provide). Private patio with plenty of seating. If you have a bigger group and need extra space, we have the house next door that sleeps 10, attach to the Ocean Suite is the Junior Pirate that sleeps 5, and next is the Pirate Villa that sleeps 7. Family and friends can enjoy private dock, and 300ft of riverfront beach. There is room to tie your boat or watercraft. Plenty of free parking for your trailer and more. The location is perfect!!!
You have access to the entire place. Large partial covered patio. On the property there is a gate in the grass area to go down to our private dock and beach. This area is shared with other vacation guests. You can use the dock to load and unload your boat and you can also tie your boat on the poles on the beach, at your own risk of course. We have about 300 Ft of beach area. The beach does vary with the water level throughout the day. We have ample space to park your boats, trailers and more. There is a launching at the Chamber of commerce less than a mile from the house. Everything you need is close!!
This property is also perfect for snowbirds. From October until April, you can get away from the cold winter months and stay in this perfect quiet place. All furnished, utilities included. Private furnished patio with BBQ grill. Right on the river! Everything you need. Just pack your bags and stay for the winter. If you are interested, please message me, Diane. Thank you.

Two brothers that are well respected business and family people. They wanted to share with our visitors all of Bullhead City's treasures. They are honest hard-working people. I Diane will be your host throughout your stay. You will love this home!!! Our family has been in Bullhead City for over 25 years. Reliable and honest! Bullhead has a lot to offer. Beautiful desert and river. Everything you need for entertainment is right here. Casinos, boating, hiking, ATV, mines and more!!
Voici pourquoi lâhĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement
Our families have been coming in this town since I was just a little kid. My brother and I have taken this opportunity to buy this beautiful piece of property right on the river. It is in a prime location, so our travelers are close to most of the main attractions of the area. We are so glad that we can now share with the world the meaning of our town. This two-acre property is plenty of space for our guests to feel comfortable. Right on the river and across from the casinos. Can't get a better spot! We have about 300 feet of beach depending on the water level that fluctuates throughout the day, our dock and ski rental. Plenty of parking for boats, trailers. We have four units all together. All have their own private patio and entire home with private entrance. House in the corner sleeps 10. First unit next to house is the Pirate theme villa sleeps 7. Next one attached to the Ocean Suite that sleeps 9 is the Pirate Junior that sleeps 5. It's a beautiful place to have fun and relax and let your soul enjoy the scenery.

We are located right on the river and across the casinos. Prime location for shopping, restaurants, gas, parks. There is plenty of parking for your boats, trailers. We have a private dock and beach. If you need more room for more guests, we have other units for rent right next door. The 300 Ft beach area and dock are shared with other guests. We have plenty of room!!
