On the main level, you’ll find two separate living rooms, both with fireplaces, creating warm and inviting areas to relax. The spacious kitchen is beautifully appointed with luxury appliances and granite countertops and opens seamlessly to both living rooms and the dining area, making it easy to gather while preparing meals. The dining area seats 10 guests, with seating for 3 additional guests at the breakfast bar. There is also ample dining space between the screened porch and outside deck.

The primary suite, conveniently located on the main floor, offers peaceful views of the surrounding landscape and direct walkout access to the hot tub. An additional guest bedroom and full bathroom are also located on the main level. Upstairs, kids and teens will enjoy the loft area with 4 twin beds and a living area that's perfect for games or movie nights.

The lower level includes two more guest bedrooms: one with a queen bed and fireplace, and another with a twin-over-full bunk bed. These rooms share a spacious full bathroom, making the lower level an ideal retreat for families.

Adding even more flexibility, the space above the garage features a private guest suite complete with a kitchenette, living area, desk space, and a large deck overlooking the pool. Below this suite is a dedicated workout room with sauna and bathroom, perfect for guests who enjoy maintaining their wellness routine while on vacation.
