Casa Flora is a beautifully appointed 4-bedroom condo located within the exclusive, gated Punta Mita development, inside the sought-after Hacienda de Mita community. Spacious and thoughtfully designed, the condo is ideal for families and groups seeking a relaxed beach escape with access to world-class resort amenities.

The home is just a 3-minute walk to Playa Anclote, one of Punta Mita’s most popular beaches and surf breaks. Guests enjoy convenient access to Punta Mita’s renowned beach clubs, including Kupuri, Pacifico, St. Regis Sea Breeze, Sufi, and El Surf Club, all easily reached by bike or golf cart. A 6-passenger golf cart is included with your stay.

Hacienda de Mita features its own private beach club and oceanfront pool, located directly in front of the condo building—perfect for effortless beach days and sunset lounging.

To ensure a seamless stay, our dedicated concierge is available to assist with airport transportation, excursions, dining reservations, and local recommendations. Daily housekeeping (Monday–Saturday) is included, allowing you to fully relax and enjoy your time in Punta Mita.

Incredible week

This is my fourth trip to Hacienda de Mita and it might have been the best. Lauren (the property manager) and Roxy (the concierge) communicated often and thoroughly about everything! If I had a question, there response was extremely timely with little delay. They not only helped plan the week in advance, but were able to assist us in making adjustments or additions as the week went on. Casa Flora was a beautiful unit that I would absolutely return to. It was an incredible week and I can’t wait to return. When I do, I will definitely be reaching out to Lauren and Roxy!!!

Fabulous stay!

This listing was even better than it looks online! It was gorgeous, located in the most perfect spot for getting everywhere easily, and the housekeeper was fabulous and cooked us the most delicious breakfast every morning. I would give 6 stars if that was an option. We will absolutely be back!

Best VRBO ever!

Just got back from the most amazing stay at Casa Flora!! The property is absolutely breathtaking, complete with a golf cart and access to so many amazing beach clubs! But what really made the trip was the people. Concierge Roxy was phenomenal every step of the way - from helping us plan our itinerary to being extremely highly communicative throughout - any question or request we had, she responded immediately with an amazing attitude! Rosie the housekeeper was also wonderful, cooked delicious homemade breakfasts and always had guac and pico ready daily. Could not recommend this place more - truly the nicest VRBO I’ve ever stayed at - we hope to come back soon! Thank you all!!

Incredible

A perfect property for our family and another family. Eight of us were so comfortable in this condo. It was clean, well appointed, Lauren and Ana were so helpful prior to arrival and throughout our stay. The housekeeper, Alma, made breakfast daily and cleaned. We would rent again in a heartbeat.

Perfect Punta Mita Place!

Our stay at Casa Flora was absolutely fabulous! We've been in many vacation rental homes in many different places over the past decade, and this place was by far the best! We echo the other reviews on how stunningly clean, gorgeous, designed, and spacious the condo is. We LOVED having Alma come each morning and make us a breakfast at whatever time we preferred that was even better than the buffet at the Four Seasons, and her daily housekeeping was incredible! Our concierge, Lauren set us up with Mictlan Surf Shop for all of our needs for boards, boats, great surf spots, seeing the Hidden Beach, and more. Lauren also secured a second golf cart for our group of eight people, so having two for the week was all we needed - no car rental needed at all! Lauren also arranged for the car service to and from the airport, which was a treat. The views from the condo are incredible, and the access to all five beach clubs was incredible! If you go to the Pacifico Beach Club, get there early, it's a popular one, and our favorite was the Sea Breeze Beach Club. I would definitely recommend this place for families or a max of three adult couples. The bunk beds are in the laundry room, and I wouldn't want to stay in there as adults because it's tiny though it has its own bathroom, but it was great for the kids. Note that the laundry room doesn't have its own thermostat (I'm not sure that it had an A/C vent at all), so it's warmer in there than the other rooms, and our boys had to sleep with the doors open to the hallway to get a cooler temperature. Our teenage boys didn't seem to mind! At night it's nice and quiet, and the security crew is very good about enforcing quiet hours at 10:00 pm. I highly recommend staying at Casa Flora and the condo complex of Hacienda de Mita is terrific!

Perfect family vacation!

Casa Flora was the perfect getaway before the Christmas holidays and the Christmas tree was a wonderful touch. Great location to the town for delicious nightly dinners. Lauren, the property manager, was extremely helpful making dinner reservations, getting groceries and explaining the beach clubs and locations. We loved the welcome guacamole and fresh salsa to start off the trip! The condo was beautiful and pictures accurately represent the accommodations. We enjoyed the daily housekeeping as well. It was our first trip to Punta Mita and we had a wonderful vacation. Highly recommend Casa Flora for your stay in Punta Mita!

We absolutely LOVED Casa Flora. The house decor an upkeep was immaculate. Lauren was an incredible property managers who helped with reservations, boat trips, arranging the housekeeper to do breakfast and more. We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous remodel

We loved our stay at this beautiful HDM property. We’ve stayed at several homes within the gates, and this was by far our favorite. It’s beautifully decorated, clean, and provided everything we needed to have the most comfortable stay. Alma, the housekeeper was fantastic and per our request made fresh guacamole and pico each day. Lauren was SO accommodating and helped me plan every last detail of our trip. We’ve definitely saved this property as a repeat when we come to Punta Mita.

Casa Flora was an amazing property. Furnishings are beautiful, golf carts are amazing and the property manager Lauren is the best I have ever worked with in Punta Mita. We will for sure rent Casa Flora again when we return to Punta Mita! Thank you for an amazing week!
