Our stay was wonderful! Lisa and the on-site staff were incredibly communicative and helpful. The setting was great. Being on the ground floor with a ocean view was spectacular. The only disappointment was that most of the beach clubs in the community were closed for the season. Before booking, make sure you get clarity on closure dates. Despite this, we would absolutely come back. It is a perfect spot for a family vacation!

Awesome ground floor location right on the beach

The location is awesome - walk right out of the patio doors to the pool and beach. We enjoyed being close to town to walk over for dinner or to the grocery store. Waves right in front of the condo were amazing for beginning surfers. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Will stay there again for sure.

The unit was the perfect location for everything. The staff was amazing and very tentative. The unit was extremely comfortable, clean and stocked wonderfully. The owner is very responsive. Highly recommend staying at HDM 101.

Best Vacation Ever!

We had the best vacation ever staying on this gorgeous property. The pictures don't even do it justice. The view is incredible, the concierge service was amazing, the chef and house cleaner was so kind and made us delicious meals every day. Lisa was a perfect host, totally attentive checking in throughout our stay and helping with wonderful suggestions for activities and places to eat. We will absolutely be back!!

Loved every minute!

Our family - 3 generations age 3 to 68 Enjoyed every minute of our vacation This summer. The condo is exactly as pictured, the service from both the concierge and the wonderful Malena was Perfect. We enjoyed all beach clubs, easy Access to town and the area in general. We took advantage of in house massages And a great boat trip. Most importantly, great family memories for all!

Excellent all the way around

Every aspect of our stay was top notch. The condo was magnificent, the cook/house cleaner included was beyond our expectations. Her breakfasts and lunches were some of the best we've had. We walked outside our porch and had the choice of a super warm pool or the super warm ocean. We will be back for sure!

Amazing

First time staying "inside the gates" and we couldn't be happier with this home. Love being able to walk out on the patio, straight to the pool and to the beach. The home is equipped with everything you need. Malena prepared breakfast and lunch, which was a real treat. We can't wait to come back! The access to the beach clubs makes everything so easy.

Punta Mita

We had a great time in this beautiful condo. Everything was just as advertised and more. The condo is in an ideal location that makes it easy to head into town for meals etc. The management company was responsive to every one of our needs and I would highly recommend using their services to fill the kitchen with groceries upon your arrival. The housekeeper was amazing and the food she prepared was spectacular. Overall, we couldn't have asked for anything more.
