As seen in the Utah Valley Parade of Homes. Beautiful, private, home in idyllic Mapleton, tucked directly against the National Forest. Over 10,000 sq ft of space for your next reunion, corporate retreat or group gathering to spread out and relax. The 11-acre property includes a heated pool, sport court, pirate ship playground, children's 2-story playhouse, fishing pond, outdoor amphitheater, large grassy area, fire pits and outdoor kitchen. Inside, enjoy all the comforts of a luxury home: 13 bedrooms 10.5 bathrooms, a theater room, steam shower, wolf and subzero appliances and a pebble ice maker. Kick back and enjoy breakfast on the patio, wildlife watching and the incredible views, or venture out to the nearby running and mountain biking trails. Ski resort are an hour's drive. A world away from your busy life, but ten minutes from Costco, Walmart and lots of restaurants.

Disclosure: There are multiple security cameras around the house/property covering most of the outside areas, including the pool/hot tub area. There are no security cameras inside the house.

Fantastic property. Great for the size of our family reunion of 24, 19 adults and 5 little children. Everything the listing included was there and we especially appreciated the property manager including the little kids when he was feeding the animals and fish on the property. Hoping to come back.

Beautiful property! No one ages 3-72 was ever bored. Kids loved the game room, playhouse, and pool with slide. Lots of toys provided to go with them. The adults had fun with the sport court and corn hole. Kitchen facilities were wonderful. Highly recommend

Beautiful place to make memories!

We loved gathering with extended family! We enjoyed swimming, a pickleball tournament, a large game of soccer on the front lawn, fishing, s’mores, pinball, canoing, ultimate frisbee, and movies on the big screen in the basement. We made so many fun memories.

Best Large Family Vacation Site!

Our 31st annual family vacation at Maple Mountain Springs resort was our best location yet. Three generations of 25 people ages 23-84 years enjoyed this property for a week. The house was spotless, thoughtfully furnished and decorated with a completely equipped spacious main floor kitchen with the best commercial appliances, and more mini kitchens and laundries on the upper and lower levels. We enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, sport court with pickleball and cornhole tournaments, a wiffle ball game, movies in the theater room, catching bass and bluegill in one pond and boating in the other, and roasting S'mores in the open fire pit. We saw mule deer, wild turkey, quail, pheasant, geese, ducks and 2 resident swan families on the property. We watched snow melt on the mountain tops in late May, took short hikes from the property and longer excursions to other hiking trails or horseback trips, and to Sundance and to Utah national parks. Our host, Michelle, and caretaker, Ryan were responsive, attentive and gracious in welcoming our group. They and this property earned our highest recommendation for a large family or group vacation site. This is one property we likely will return to!Jim Z from KY

Perfect reunion setting

What an ideal location for a family reunion! We celebrated Thanksgiving with all 21 members of our extended family. This beautiful resort home nestled against the Wasatch Mountains could not have been a more perfect location for our reunion. We loved the multiple living areas which allowed us to gather in small and large groups. There were ample activities in and outside of the home to keep everyone occupied and busy. There were also ample sleeping accommodations for everyone. The kitchen/butler’s pantry was well appointed with everything you could need for cooking for and serving food to a large groups. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The owner and property manager were easy to communicate with and very responsive and helpful.

Perfection!

We hosted a low-key company offsite at this property, folks flew in from all over the country into the SLC and Provo airports then traveled to the property. It was perfect! Very clean, everyone had their own rooms (12 adults), only a couple folks had to share bathrooms, kitchen was stocked with the necessities, and it was such a beautiful area. The communication with the property managers was great, they were more than happy to help with anything we needed. 10/10 would recommend this location!

Stoffel Family Reunion

This beautiful place exceeded our expectations! We all had the best time! The pool and hot tub was a huge hit for everyone especially the kiddos! All the rooms were fabulous! Great retreat!

This property has a little bit of fun for everyone. With all the amenities there was never a lack of something to do. The property management was very accommodating and was hands on when we needed anything. Great property to visit and would return again.

Family Reunion 6/22-6/29/2024

We had our first family reunion since Covid. The home was beautiful and met all our needs. Michelle answered all my questions before we arrived. We had 33 people, ranging from 1yr old to 78, from all over the USA. We all loved the ice machine, and want one in our home. Once we arrived Ryan, the property manager, came over, introduced himself, went over how to use things, and some rules. There was something for everyone to due including the teenagers. The only down thing was we had to text Ryan to adjust thermostat in house, turn on hot tub and slide if needed. When requested, Ryan immediately took care of any of our requests and needs to make our stay a wonderful memory

Family reunion

This was a wonderful place for our family to gather. It is designed to accommodate large groups, and provide fun and recreation for all ages. Careful attention was given to design/decor, convenience, relaxation and comfort. The grounds host was extremely attentive and accommodating. Our time here was everything we wonderful!!

Amazing Amenities and Beautiful Property

We have been staying in rental home properties in different cities/states with our extended family for the past 38 years. This property is one of the very best! The amenities were top notch with fun things to do for all. The property is beautifully appointed and very well equipped. Ryan was extremely responsive to all of our questions. The wildlife, hiking opportunities and pristine property made our week a restful, peaceful stay. The only disappointment was the 10 PM outdoor curfew.

Amazing Reunion!

We just got done having our family reunion here and couldn’t have asked for a better location and house to fit all our needs! It was beautiful inside and out. The house was very well stocked and made prepping and cooking for a large group a breeze. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Beautiful Family Oasis

Gorgeous, quiet setting with tons of activities. The fishing, pool, sports court & trails were a highlight. The kitchen met EVERY need & the water fountain with bottle filler so convenient! The onsite caretaker quick to respond to any request; a short drive to shopping. We LOVED our family experience!

Great space and really well stocked

Our group was a corporate group and had a really nice stay. The kitchen and other spaces were really well stocked, the rooms and amenities were also very comfortable. The grounds were beautiful too. Communication with the property manager was very necessary to be able to use everything but it was very easy and pleasant.

Perfect place for a large family reunion

This place was incredible. The property manager was quick to respond, easy to work and so helpful before our stay, during our stay and even after our stay. We had a family of 32 stay here and never felt claustrophobic. The home is huge, bedrooms are spread out, and with the large open floor plan and tall ceilings it's perfect for all the energy of housing infants up to grandparents. Never once did the children and teens mention the "bored" word and we stayed for a full 7 days. They even had 1 highchair and 2 pack n plays on site for our use. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. It is such a peaceful and private place. Even with such a large and boisterous group it was very easy to find quiet spots on the property to have quiet, alone time. Highly recommend.

Unbelievable. It had everything you would need for a wonderful week. We had 25 people, ages 6 months to 71years. Plenty of spaces for everyone. Pool, pickleball, play houses. Large yard. Everything first class
