3 bed 2 bath home located in the sought after Naples Park. Home features new kitchen and baths along with new flooring and many updates throughout. Home is south facing so you get constant sunshine in the rear of the home to enjoy sunny days by the pool. Home is 2 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico and shopping, nightlife and restaurants (Mercato). The home is turn key, equipped with kitchenware, beach chairs, gas grill and more. Security cameras are located at the front door of the property and back camera is attached to the right corner facing the dining table. Back camera is shut off upon arrival. Front camera is left on for security purposes. We look forward to having you rent our home.

The house was perfect for our quick holiday getaway. Location was great, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Derek was easy to communicate with, provided recommendations, answered questions, and checked in throughout our visit.

Great place to work

We rented this for an extended business trip. There is plenty of workspace that allowed us to spread out while still enjoying the comforts of home. Frank was an excellent host who was maintained communication throughout the stay.

Our Stay in Naples

Rental for the most part was very enjoyable. A heated pool and better deck chairs would have been nice. But for the most part, rooms were clean and provided the comfort we needed.

A House with a Brand-New Feeling

This is a fantastic property that my mom, my brother and my daughter all enjoyed. The house itself is spacious and updated with a nice modern decor. Our favorite part was the outstanding heated pool and hot tub that were just installed in the last year. Derek was a great host, always happy to accommodate and super-quick to respond to our every request.

Fit our needs for our vacation

House was nice, could have provided more household essentials as most people dont think to bring laundry soap or trash bags. Was pretty warm in the house especially at night when your trying to sleep. Was above 76 degrees every night and woke sweating even with the fan on. Overall was good. Pool was great to have with the kids. Would stay again.

Thermostat was put on energy dave by a previous guest. Once we knew this we corrected the issue immediately sorry for the inconvenience. All vacation rental homes are equipped to get a guest started for their stay and they are responsible for added essentials . I rent vacation rentals all the time and know that I will be going shopping for items needed beyond what is intiallt provided. Sorry you feel we didn’t meet your expectations thank you for the feedback

Cozy Gem in Naples, FL

Enjoy everything Naples, FL has to offer in this remodeled cozy 3/2 house with pool close to downtown Naples, Naples Beach, and Vanderbilt Beach. For shopping you have Publix, CVS, Walgreens, Hungry Howie’s Pizza and Mercato Mall to name a few all within 2-5 mins. Close to Highways: US 75, US 41. Host Derek is awesome. Just a phone call/text away. Answers any question you may have right away. We had a wonderful Labor Day weekend at this home. We really enjoyed ourselves. Hope to return soon😊

Derek was so quick to respond to anything we needed. Great owner. The house is very clean and we had enough room for all of us to sleep comfortably. Location was near anything we needed. We had a great stay.

House in Naples

My family and I enjoyed staying at this property. It’s fully equipped with all household needs. The beds and pillows were so comfy. Including a Big kitchen and yard space with a pool! Good location and price.
