It’s beautiful, yet cozy, such a delight to experience – and so difficult to leave! The house has been completely remodeled yet still honors the home's classic midcentury architecture. Modern updates include a gorgeous new kitchen, spa-like bathrooms with rain showerheads, upgraded heating and cooling systems, high speed internet, and flatscreen TVs.

The main living room, dining area and kitchen are all open to each other, providing enough space for your entire group to relax and enjoy. There’s a second family room / lounge area with a table, comfortable seating, a flatscreen TV, a full bathroom and two of the home’s four bedrooms. The layout is perfect for multi-generational vacations - providing enough room for the entire group to spread out or hang together.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
The entire home is gorgeous, but the outdoors is truly the crowning jewel. Completely walled for privacy, the backyard captures the fun and nostalgia of Palm Springs living, with sweeping mountain views and towering palm trees. A gorgeous, brand new pool with an integrated spa, and a tanning deck with in-pool chairs and umbrellas for shade - perfect for enjoying a swanky cocktail! A covered outdoor dining pavilion with a built-in barbecue station. A firepit lounge for enjoying those cool desert evenings under the stars. Fun outdoor games - ping pong, tetherball, cornhole, and giant chess. This property truly has it all!

Pool heating is an additional $70/day if desired.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Each of the four bedrooms is beautifully styled and features a hotel-quality mattress as well as ample storage. The first and second bedrooms are on one side of the house, off the main living room, and have king beds and shared access to a beautiful and modern bathroom. The third and fourth bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house, off the family room, and have queen beds and shared access to a full bathroom.
