Great location to what we wanted to do during our stay. The outdoor space and game room were big hits. Our granddaughter loved the play ground as it provided her some outdoor time when it was cool enough to be outside and play. Pool and hot tub provided a relaxation space.

This house in in a good location and a quiet neighborhood. It was especially well fitted for games and entertainment. We loved the pool and spa, putting green and the game room. Our twin two year olds played on the swings and slide a ton. The house was very tidy and well outfitted for cooking and sleeping.

Overall it was a very nice home very spacious for 7 adults and 2 babies. We really had a great time and Albert was great, he answered my calls right away on the few occasions I called him it definitely gave us peace of mind. We enjoyed everything from the pool and game room as well as the putting green. We definitely want to come back to this vacation home next year.

Super Fun

The property is in a nice location that’s clean and safe. Easy to get to activities plenty to do for all ages. We had ages 2 to 70 and everyone had a great time.

This was a wonderful experience, there was plenty to do with the pool, mini-golf, and children’s play set! All the amenities made for a great experience.

Beautiful home in Palm Springs

The home was exactly as shown. We had a 10 year old with us and he really enjoyed the pool and game room. Well we all did. Close to the airport and centrally located.

Great Desert Oasis

Wonderful stay at the property... we had 8 adults and it was perfect with layout of house/bedrooms/bathrooms. We enjoyed the views of the snowcapped mountains and had fun in the game room (nice touch!). Will definitely stay again. You will enjoy your stay and make sure you take a soak in the pool and spa!

Amazing Getaway Spot

This house was perfect for our girls trip! It was stocked with everything we needed and more. While we were a larger group, the house did not feel small in the slightest. It was also very centrally located for anything we wanted to do in Palm Springs. We would love to stay again!

Great pool, great house

Stayed here with our family and another family. We made good use of the kitchen, the comfortable bedrooms, and especially the small playground and the delightful pool! My favorite part was that the pool is about half shaded by a pergola, which means the kids didn't get fried in the sun while they were out there for hours. What a delightful place - my kid has already asked when we'll be back.

Wonderful family stay

We were very pleased with our stay at this property. We were travelling with 6 adults and 4 young children. Both indoor and outdoor spaces perfectly fit our needs. The host even went above and beyond to have an Xmas tree there since it was over Christmas. We’d definitely choose this property for future Palm Springs trip!

Fabulous weekend

This home was perfect for our family birthday/bike event weekend. It was comfortable, clean, spacious, and accommodating. The pool and spa are fantastic and the game room was really fun. The host is always ready to communicate, even when we failed to read the helpful info on the walls (duh). We'll be back, for sure!

Feeling grateful

The house was simply BEAUTIFUL, our family had such a nice weekend. The jacuzzi and pool was fabulous. Outside lighting and beautiful landscape of home. My son in law is a golfer so he & sons enjoyed the greens. Beds were not to comfy, but everything else was lovely.

Family vacation

Great amenities for a family including a game room and pool. Location is quiet but restaurants/ entertainment are driving distance. Indoor area was clean but the pool and backyard area could have used additional cleaning. Regarding the pool, there is a substantial fee for heating. Prior to your arrival, make sure you communicate your preference. Check-in communication was accurate but the cleaning crew didn’t leave until approximately 30 minutes after our scheduled check-in creating an inconvenience after a long day of travel.

We all had a great time!

The house was clean with all the perfect amenities! We played air hockey, pool, darts and mini golf!! All at the same house! Soo fun! We only had a brief hiccup with the bubbles on the jacuzzi, but the owner was very responsive and had it fixed immediately. We had all the rooms at double occupancy, but with the 3 bathrooms it was perfect; the house felt spacious enough that we had family style meals at the dining room table, set up buffet style on the kitchen island. We also took advantage of the BBQ and had a wonderful meal outside by the pool. All in all, everyone reported having a great time at a very comfortable house. Thank you! We may be back next year!!! : )

Our best stay in Palm Springs ever!

We have stayed in Palm Springs about 7 or more times and we have to say that this is the best stay we have ever had. There were 10 of us staying (2 grandparents, 4 adults and 4 children under 12). The pool was warm and clean, the playground was clean and safe, and the house was warm, beautiful, inviting and clean overall. The game room is amazing! Everything looked new ans clean. Albert was such a great host - he even got us a small Christmas tree because our kids were spending Christmas away from home. He was so accomodating of all of our questions and needs, was patient with us and we felt very cared for. Everything was thwre for us from dishes, soap, towels, blankets, tvs, appliances, bbq was available. Lots of eating and sitting spaces outside and indoors. Thank you so much Albert for such a great experience. We hope to stay here again soon.

Beautiful, Comfortable, Clean Home with Fun Amenities for All Ages

We had the best experience staying here. My entire family met up to celebrate my mom's 75th birthday. The house was absolutely beautiful, comfortable, clean, and had every amenity you could possibly want for a fun family weekend with kids or a getaway with a group of friends. The backyard was like being at a resort and had several shady areas to lounge around, a great pool and hot tub, mini golf, a playground for the kids, and a bbq/bar area. The air-conditioned garage was a great place for all of us to have fun at night without having to worry about waking my baby who was sleeping on the other side of the house in the master bedroom. Some of us played cards at the card table while others played darts, ping pong, pool, and air hockey. We could all be together but doing a variety of activities. In addition to the house being way better than we could have expected, the owner, Albert, was so incredibly kind and communicative. He went above and beyond with his hospitality. I promise the pictures don't do this place justice. You're going to have an incredible time here. Thank you so much, Albert!

For starters my stay was not very pleasant here. I had a total of 6 guests the youngest being 1-1/2 years old. We arrived at the house and the Air conditioning was not on. The temp was 115 outside with an inside temp of 98 when we arrived. Not very pleasant to drive for 3-1/2 hours to walk from 115 into a home that's 98. Turned the A/C on and the temp did not drop most of the night. My wife contacted the owner to let him know how hot it was inside and he advised her to turn the A/C down and it should cool off and for her to go take a dip in the pool. That's something he should not be telling people especially the fact my wife does not swim and has health issues so being in a ridiculously hot house, was not pleasant for her or any of us. We should have been able to enjoy a place to stay cool, which was not the case here. Owner pretty much blew us off and blamed his cleaning person for not turning on the air even though he's the property owner/manager and this was due to his negligence, not the cleaning person. That should be one his priorities, especially in that type of heat. We barely got to use the game room due to the heat in there as well. The house stayed in the mid to high 80's most of the weekend and finally dropped to high 70's late Saturday night in to Sunday am which is when we left. The first night was MISERABLE. I got to listen to my family complain about the heat inside the whole time. The property itself is pretty nice and we did enjoy the pool and spa.
