Welcome to the Izzy's Lookout in Leamington, Ontario! Available all year round you can enjoy this spacious two bedroom lake house. Whether you are here to bird watch, enjoy Point Pelee or just to relax, this lake house has it all. Located just 10 mins from Hillman Marsh, 15 mins from Wheatley Provincial Park, 10 mins from Point Pelee and downtown Leamington. Public boat launch and beach nearby. Large back yard has 3 decks & a patio and includes a propane BBQ and a fire pit.

Open concept floor plan has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, large living room, full kitchen and dining area. Lake house can sleep up to 8 people comfortably. Sit and relax outside on one of the 4 decks/patio. Dinner can be made in our full kitchen or on one of the 2 BBQ's located on the kitchen deck. Board games are left for you to enjoy at the games table in the living room.

Absolutely amazing rental I highly recommend to all. Great spot on the water either way great views and a large private backyard. Lots of living space for your solar value, it’s like a home away from home. Very, very clean, kept immaculate probably the cleanest rental that I have ever stayed at. The host(Lisa) is very nice and easy to communicate with. Definitely adding to my lists of favourites, I’d rent again for sure.

The host was absolutely wonderful. The home is beautiful, in a quiet area, perfect for a weekend getaway. There was a lot of thought put into what a guest will need and they have all of the amenities and so much more.

Wonderful lake house weekend

We had an excellent stay. Close enough to the national park for daily visits and the lookout over the lake was wonderful. The kids really enjoyed the fire pit for hot dogs and smores. Communication with Lisa was excellent and the house was spotless.

A Great Canadian Getaway

The house and views of the Lake were amazing. Beautiful sunrises. We came for the birding and wildlife in the area and at Point Pelee National Park and it didn’t disappoint.

The home we stayed in Izzy’s lookout lake house, was beautiful and very clean. The kitchen was completely stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need. The rest of the house was also stocked with a lot of essentials. Lots of games, puzzles, and books to read. They thought of EVERYTHING. Plenty of blankets, extra towels, all of the dishes and cookware that you need, condiments, even cotton swabs and spare toothbrush, if you forgot to pack yours. Communication was excellent, and the property itself was ideal for our little family. We truly felt at home.

Amazing Lakeside Home

We had stayed at several Vrbo properties. This is one of our favourites. Very comfortable beds, couch’s & chairs. Awesome shower too. Lisa is a wonderful Host and quick to respond. Lisa was absolutely outstanding in supporting us having a fantastic stay at her beautiful home! It was incredibly clean. She did so many little touches such as stocking the fridge with waters and some condiments, providing plenty of towels and she even provided soap and shampoo like it was a 5-star hotel. She even prepped the bonfire for us. Lastly, she offered a great list of restaurants, entertainment and more!The view from the deck of Lake Erie is so breathtaking!You will be super pleased staying here!!
