The Blue Pelican is a spacious newly built 2 story home located across the street from the beach featuring beautiful Gulf and beach views. This luxurious home features over 3,000 sq feet of living space to spoil your whole family without feeling crowded. The kitchen, living room and dining area feature breath taking views of the Gulf waters. The chef inspired kitchen features Electrolux appliances including a dishwasher. The Blue Pelican has 5 bedrooms/5 bathrooms with TWO Master suites. The upstairs Master Suite as well as the living room feature flat screen 4K UHD Smart TV's with Surround Sound Bars. The other 3 bedrooms also have flat screen 4K UHD Smart TV's. The 5th bedroom can be a bedroom or sitting room/tv room. We also have an extra dining area for the kids. You can enjoy beautiful sunsets on the deck while using the outdoor grill and outdoor dining area. Enjoy your morning coffee on the upper deck watching for dolphins and the shrimp boats going by in our sparkling waters.

This house is gorgeous. Everything you could need. Beautiful view, plenty of parking, comfortable beds. We’d love to stay again for a longer period of time. Host was very responsive and so kind. Much better than any hotel and it was great having friends with us. Great location, convenient to everything.

8 adults had a great stay. 2 of our group ran the Gulf coast marathon and we were able to cheer them on from the house. The views were spectacular of both sunsets and sunrise!

Our host was exceptional. The house is clean and well stocked with pantry items, soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Unfortunately my husband fell ill during the trip and couldn’t travel as planned. James kindly let us stay an additional day to let him recover. I highly recommend this beautiful home.

The host had lots of amenities and it was very comfortable for the family to be together while we were in town. It was very clean and the view of the water was delightful.! The host was very kind and quick to talk to us and we had no problems at all. All in all it was perfect.

House is very nice and spacious. Very convenient to all the area has to offer. Host very accessible and communicative. Gas grill needs to be fixed, we were expecting to use it but it was inoperable. I would definitely book again!

House is laid out for the way it is used with plenty of private bathrooms. There was some electrical damage from storm and the owner was excellent in his response. It is a great property to stay at. Conveniently located to everything you plan to do in this area. Owner stays up with things from inconsiderate renters. Would be very happy to stay here again.

The beach house was beautiful and well stocked. Everything was just as pictures showed. We found everything that we needed. We were a group of 5, the ladies were classmates/ close friends through high school. We found the stairs to be a bit of a challenge, but overall, well worth it. Check out Blue Pelican 2. The houses look the same, but it has a cargo lift for luggage, etc.

Great place to stay. Little pricey but makes up for it with amenities. Full bathroom in every room. Kitchen with everything you need to cook with. Nice beds, very clean. Beautifull view of the water. Floats and toys for children to play on the beach with. Parking can be tight ,we had four vehicles but doable. Next time we will stay much longer. No complaints worth what you spend.
