Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement. Grand condo situĂ© au coeur de Saugatuck, en face du Ship 'n Shore Motel. Notre maison vous fera vous sentir chez vous. Il est chaleureux, confortable et une partie importante de vos vacances mĂ©morables. Nous avons un parking hors rue, une cour pour s'asseoir et regarder les gens, ou un balcon pour profiter d'une soirĂ©e relaxante. Nous louons des vacances courtes et longues! Outre toutes les commoditĂ©s offertes par Saugatuck, la Hollande et les magnifiques parcs d'État sont Ă  moins de 20 minutes. South Haven, une autre grande ville au bord du lac est Ă  vingt minutes au sud et le ferry Ă  grande vitesse de Milwaukee Ă  Muskegon est Ă  une heure de route au nord. S'il vous plaĂźt venez sĂ©journer dans notre maison. Saugatuck est trĂšs amusant, qu'il pleuve ou qu'il fasse beau, l'Ă©tĂ© ou n'importe quelle saison. The apartment is perfect for a couple! It is in one of the best locations in Saugatuck. Across from the river and in walking distance of everything in town. Would definitely stay here again.

Small but perfect for 2. Kitchen has no oven or dishwasher, so best to plan simple meals or eat out at any one of a number of great eateries in the area.

Great place and location!

We enjoyed this condo. Excellent location, clean, comfy bed, great lounging space, functional kitchen. The balcony was a nice space for two, with table and chairs and beautiful flowers. There is ample yard space for taking out a dog, and there’s a park almost directly across the street. I would definitely stay here next time we visit Saugatuck!

My daughter and I was in town for just one evening to attend a wedding celebration. The hostess, Katherine, was super responsive and accommodating to the later check in and check out. We really enjoyed the convenience of the condo located within walking distance to downtown eatery, shopping and pier. The condo was very comfortable, clean, and roomy. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit. Thank you for a lovely stay! For those who loves to eat, we highly recommend the broasted chicken from Phil’s Tavern in downtown and the delicious Lemon Lake waffles from Basecamp: Coffee & Waffles around the corner.

We had the most amazing stay at this Saugatuck gem! The location is absolutely perfect—right by the water and just a short walk to everything the town has to offer. The home was spotless, super comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Communication with the host was excellent—friendly, fast, and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell they really care about their guests. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Saugatuck!

Nice Apartment in a Great Location

It was easy to walk to restaurants and the shops. The bed was and amount of space was comfortable. Great that there was parking included. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Price was high for the amenities.

This place was nice for an overnight stay in Saugatuck for a Friday September wedding for my husband & I. PLEASE NOTE: the location it shows on the listing map is incorrect. We chose it specifically for the map’s location, because it was next to the wedding venue, but instead ended up being a 8 minute walk. Luckily, the weather was nice!

We want our children to grow up with memories of Saugatuck and hopefully they will want to bring their kids back some day. From the too many ice cream stores, to enjoying the park, to shopping the toys at the drug store, our kids love to come here. Before the kids, we enjoyed the night life as well! Now we all enjoy the great restaurants, there is not a bad place to eat in town.
