We had a great time. Condo is nice, clean, and has all the amenities we needed. Beach is very nice, ocean bottom is clean and sandy. No public access for a few miles in both directions makes beach scarcely occupied even at the peak time. We haven’t encountered any issues with algae, red tide, or jellyfish (were there in mid July). Would definitely consider staying there again.

This was the perfect location for our trip!! Steps away from a beautiful, uncrowded beach with all the extra items to enjoy both beach and water. Easy access to other locations and amenities. Randy was very helpful, the place was perfect for our needs and we would definintely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back! Host very friendly. The condo was clean, comfortable, and just steps from the beach, which made it incredibly convenient. The beach itself was one of our favorite parts. It was never overcrowded, the water was crystal clear, and we saw so much marine life every day. We were hoping to spot a sea turtle but didn't get lucky this trip!The beds were very comfortable, and we slept great after long days in the sun. The property could use a little routine maintenance here and there, but nothing that took away from our overall experience. If you're looking for a relaxing beach getaway with easy access to a beautiful, uncrowded beach, this is a fantastic place to stay. We highly recommend it!

Excellent location right on the beach. Lori was lovely and she provided everything you might need for your stay. The views are amazing! The cottage has everything and is very cozy and welcoming. We are definitely recommending this place to our friends.

The condo was perfect for the four of us. Very cozy and had everything we needed. The owner was very easy to communicate l with. He reached out to us to make sure that we were good during the day. He even offered for us to stay an extra day if you needed it. The beach is beautiful outside his condo. I will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

My bestie and I had the best time at Belleair Beach! Lori was the best Host! The Beach was beautiful and so clean. The house was beautiful and perfect for our wants. We will definitely be visiting again!

Family vacation

We took our adult kids for a relaxing week in the sun after their college graduations. Loved the location, loved the host. Can’t beat the location! Will definitely be coming back!

Truly on the beach

Location can't be beat - area is safe, beach is literally 50 steps out the door, house was clean and very comfortable. Everything needed was provided and owner was totally available if needed. Would stay here again if returning to this same area - very relaxing trip!

Great little stay on the beach

My family of four stayed and loved how close the beach was! Beautiful! If you’re looking for a less crowded beach this is it. But also very close to all the restaurants and shopping, etc. Cottage is just how described…we hope to come back!

Spring Break 24

Stayed here for Spring Break 24' and had a very relaxing stay! Beach is a close walk from the backdoor, the cottage location is not far from great amenities (ice cream, coffee, small shops). Already booked again for Spring Break 25'!
