Ce condo de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain en bord de mer est notre maison de vacances personnelle que nous louons à des clients responsables. Comme nouvelle unité avec de nouveaux planchers de tuiles, peinture, armoires de cuisine, comptoirs et appareils électroménagers, nouvelles salles de bains, nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur, nouveaux matelas en mousse à mémoire et 65 pouces Sony TV. Notre complexe de condominiums de 4 unités pittoresques comprend une piscine et une terrasse comprenant un jacuzzi, un gril à gaz, une cuisine extérieure, une télévision, une salle de bains, une table de billard et d'autres commodités.

Il y a aussi une chambre bonus disponible au rez-de-chaussĂ©e avec une salle de bains, un lit king size et une grande tĂ©lĂ©vision pour un espace commun supplĂ©mentaire pour votre famille (2 quĂȘtes supplĂ©mentaires) pour 100 $ supplĂ©mentaires par jour, plus le nettoyage.

Nice pool area for the kids to enjoy. Walls are very thin - you can hear people nextdoor and below you. Great walking distance for Kooky Coconut for ice cream and Crabby Bill's for dinner.

Very nice beachfront condo. I would have given 5 stars for beachfront but we couldn’t use the beach in front of the condo due to construction as part of the beach restoration project. Not the owners fault but we had specifically chose this condo/location due to direct access and wish we knew about the construction beforehand. We would definitely stay again and overall enjoyed the beautiful condo.

This is the best condo to stay in on IRB! Very clean, comfortable and well stocked! Ideal location on the beach, not crowded and our kids love the pool and how convenient it is. This is our 3rd year staying and hope to be back again in the future!

Amazing View

Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. The view cannnot be beat. Enjoyed fresh coffee on the deck watching the ocean every morning. Just a few steps and you are on the beach. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Highly recommended this wonderful condo. Would definitely stay again!

Okay for the price

There were a few things that caused us not to leave 5 stars. 1. TV in the common area was not working. We even tried to get an extension cord to use another outlet but still wouldn't work. This caused us to all cram on the couch to watch some of the March Madness games. Also, only having a TV in the master and the living room made it challenging at night time with kids. 2. No umbrella or cooler like listed in the item detail. When we made owner aware we were told to help ourselves to the picked over pool toys in the common area which was not helpful and an added expense to our trip since we had to purchase these items. 3. Many dirty spots on walls, baseboards, and in kitchen. Truly needs a deep clean that includes wall washing. For the price we paid for one week, we were expecting all items listed to be available and for the unit to be in pristine condition. On the positive, this place is in an amazing location. We were able to watch the beautiful sunset from our balcony every night. The pool and jacuzzi was nice with plenty of seating around the pool. Nice that beach chairs were provided for our beach days. Also, make sure you check out the ice cream place with 146 flavors, it's within walking distance and not overpriced.

My favorite place to stay!

We love this property. Stayed in the complex twice now and hope to come back again in the future. The location, proximity to shops, restaurants, and the beach of course make it perfect for a relaxing time. When you’re all beached out the pool is perfect for unwinding. Mark was very responsive and the grounds crew work hard to make sure the common areas are up to snuff.

Everything was wonderful. Only two minor issues are that the hot tub is not heated to a comfortable temperature to sit in it - same as pool temperature. And the balcony is small. But otherwise great.

Great Family Vacation

We spent our Christmas here for 8 wonderful days. It wasn’t long enough and we cant wait to comeback again. Plenty of room for all of us with a heated pool located on the beach and centrally located to many great attractions, dining and shopping. Management has thought of everything for a great stay.

Beautiful condo! Great beachfront property.

We stayed as a family during the last half of our vacation. The condo was very nice and well stocked with items in the kitchen as well as beach chairs, etc. I will also note that we came after two major hurricanes and the owners were very transparent about the parts of the property that were damaged. We would love to stay again and would recommend to others!

This is a great place to stay! Perfect location on the beach, and pool only shared with other units was the kids favorite! Unit is very well decorated, and updated and very comfortable! All communication was prompt and accommodating! We would definitely stay again!

Great location

You can’t beat the location of this property. Directly on the beach and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. We definitely needing more cooking utensils and I wish there had been a better vacuum to use. We found a wet/dry vac in the closet but it didn’t do that great with picking up the sand we tracked in. Overall those were minor inconveniences and we will definitely be back!

Ideal for big family

My husband and I stayed here with our five kids (aged 15 to 2 years) and it was absolutely perfect. The pool area with the picnic table, refrigerator, and bathroom was so convenient. We ate several meals out there. We spent a lot of time watching the ocean from the balcony, too. You can tell the various condo owners really care about the place. They really thought of everything to make the experience of staying here pleasant. The king bed has a very comfortable mattress, which these tired parents really appreciated! Living room sofa also very comfy. We come to Indian Rocks every year and we always enjoy the ocean, wildlife and restaurants. Can’t wait until next time!
