This newly listed 1300 S.F. condo is located just 0.7 mile from downtown Winter Park. This second floor 3 BR / 2 Bath walk up with full kitchen is fully furnished and ready for fun. Hiking and biking trails are just minutes outside the front door. Located just above downtown Winter Park in a beautiful, residential area, it has everything you could want in this spacious mountain getaway. You might even see a moose passing through.

Great Place!

Overall a GREAT stay! Communication with the Jeff, Owner/Manager was great, house was clean, easy access to Winter Park Ski area, and the house was well stocked with supplies including corn on the cob holders.

Great stay!

We loved everything about this home! The communication with the owners beforehand and during our stay was excellent. The house was just as described. The location was perfect- easy commute to the ski resort. My kids (ages 9, 13, 16) loved the hill outside the condo for sledding and snowplay. We spent our days in the snow and our evenings enjoying games at the large dining table. There was also plenty of room for the 5 of us to spread out and lounge on the couches.

Lovely Condo in Winter Park

My husband and I had such a wonderful time staying here! Jeff and Mark made sure we had all of the information we needed before our trip to Winter Park (location, parking information, Wifi access, etc.) They even recommend their favorite restaurants! The condo is a short drive (around 5 min) to the Winter Park base for skiing, and there is a shuttle nearby as well if you don’t want to drive. The kitchen was well stocked with everything one would need for cooking. The bathrooms were clean and also well stocked. The views from the balconies were breathtaking! I highly recommend staying at here if you’re planning a trip to Winter Park! Jeff and Mark will make sure you have an amazing time like we did.

Wonderful!

Clean, cozy, comfortable, spacious, close to mountain fun! This space was perfect for our family (mom, dad, 2 kids, & grandparents) with plenty of room to play and so many cozy beds! The location was great - tucked away from the hubub, but close enough to mountains and town to be convenient to everything. Hosts are responsive and welcoming - we can't wait to visit again!

Perfect condo for a large family!

This condo is awesome for a large family! A spacious living/dining/kitchen area and open concept for easy entertaining family or friends while cooking. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. The rooms are a nice size and beds were very comfortable. The younger kids enjoyed having the room with bunk beds and a trundle bed all to themselves. The location is great and only minutes away from shops and restaurants. I had to reach out to the hosts regarding parking and they were easy to get ahold of and informative. I highly recommend this condo and would love to stay here again.
