Great 3BR cabin in the Blue Ridge with hot tub, golf, tennis, lake, river, pool!
Located in wonderful Linville Land Harbor, this is a spacious, cozy family house with LOTS to offer! A 2-story 2800 sf cabin with tons of space and very nicely furnished. It has 2 separate living areas (up and down stairs), gas fireplace, large dining table, great kitchen with island, washer & dryer, game room w/ foosball etc., large open deck with a big hot tub, large covered porch and lots of private parking. Fast Wifi, new computer printer, and cable TV with internet.
There are 2 BR's located on main level, with kitchen, dining and living areas. Also a large downstairs BR which sleeps 4 comfortably, and with its own dining and family room, plus game room. Property is surrounded by trees and beautifully landscaped. Tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard complex, dog park and lake trail are within a 3-minute walk away.
Linville Land Harbor is an 8000-acre wooded community with a beautiful private lake stocked with trout, a private stretch of Linville River with great hiking trails and fishing, beautiful 18-hole golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, a large clubhouse with Olympic pool and game room, private police protection, 1/4-mile walking / running track along the lake, several large, open fields and is very family- friendly.
Close to everything in the area: Grandfather Mountain - 8 miles, Sugar Mountain - 10 miles, Banner Elk - 11 miles, Beech Mountain - 14 miles, Blowing Rock - 20 miles, Boone - 25 miles. Lots of great restaurants in this area, 3 wineries with outdoor music, and many attractions for families.

I am semi-retired and share my time between my homes in Florida and Linville Land Harbor- up here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. My family and I LOVE this mountain home and all that this community has to offer, as well as all the close-by restaurants, outdoor music, attractions and sheer beauty. We spend as much time here as possible, and occasionally rent to couples and families who want a special, cozy get-away in a great location.

Great family cabin with lots of space and amenities, in a perfect location here in the NC highlands. Our property is newly decorated in a comfortable "mountain-chic" motif, and with great landscaping. It has a huge deck, plus a gazebo with a large hot tub. Within the house there is a completely private downstairs suite with large bedroom sleeping 4-5, bathroom, family room with dining table, board games, big TV, and a separate game room with foosball, shuffleboard table, darts, and more.
