Ceci est notre 5Úme maison sur VRBO. Une maison à un seul étage à l'emplacement idéal avec une vue d'un million de dollars. Cette maison a été entiÚrement rénovée.

Il s'agit d'une propriété récemment rénovée, dotée d'un million de dollars, offrant l'une des meilleures vues de Crystal River. Situé directement sur la riviÚre principale, avec l'une des meilleures vues disponibles.

Cette maison est une seule histoire avec 4 chambres complÚtes et 3 salles de bains. Une des chambres a des lits superposés en taille réelle rendant cette maison parfaite pour les familles et les enfants. La maison a un bordereau de bateau qui peut contenir votre bateau avec les kayaks qui viennent avec la maison. Une table de baby-foot, un trou à maïs et des jeux de société offrent encore plus de plaisir sur la riviÚre.

2 kayaks et une planche à pagaie, un hamac, un tout nouveau barbecue, un baby-foot, un trou à maïs et des jeux offrent une quantité infinie de plaisir et un lieu de séjour idéal pour visiter Crystal River.

C’est Ă©galement l’endroit idĂ©al pour faire des festins, observer les lamantins, visiter la source des Trois SƓurs ou simplement se dĂ©tendre sur le mur de la mer en regardant passer les bateaux. À quelques minutes du club de golf Plantation. PossĂšde un bordereau de bateau, deux kayaks et un paddle-board pour les jeunes afin que vous puissiez partir directement de la maison.

This was our 3rd year renting and by far the family’s favorite house to gather after the holidays. The host is very attentive, the house is clean and well equipped. We all love to fish off the seawall, kayak around the cove and enjoy the firepit at night! We have ventured to other rivers but we keep coming back, this house is the best!

The view was amazing and we enjoyed watching the dolphins, ducks, and Manatee. Spacious and comfortable layout for spending time with family and friends. Kitchen, dining, living, and family rooms were fantastic. Loved the view of the water from the rooms.

This was our 5th year scalloping and by far the best house. The location was perfect, the house was very clean and had a cozy feel to it. Awesome Stay-cation!

Amazing weekend getaway was what we needed! There were dolphins swimming right at the dock--in the backyard!! Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Pilot Point Family Vacay

Beautiful views with morning visits from manatees and eagles! Our time spent on Pilot point was relaxing and peaceful. The grandmothers loved the fishing from the dock and enjoyed our family time. A memorable stay for sure.

Great place to stay


This is an excellent place for those that love being waterfront and in a home that has ample room for a large family. From easy access to the Gulf for fishing to paddle boarding and fishing off the dock, our family had a great time. The whole process was easy and the communication with the home owner was very easy and accommodative. We will definitely visit again.

Wonderful Christmas vacation

We had a great time over the Christmas holidays at this Wonderful home in Crystal River. The home is well equipped with anything you would need and has fantastic views of the water. Renting a boat is made easy at this home with your own boat dock. The property manager was fantastic and responsive if needed and even put up a Christmas tree for us for the holidays! If we travel to Crystal River again, we will definitely stay here again!

Crystal River Gem

Our family came together for a three night getaway and this home was the perfect location for us. We especially enjoyed the spacious kitchen and ample seating to sit and enjoy meals together. Outdoors, we enjoyed the sunsets, fire pit, and lots of fishing right from the backyard! This home is so clean, the beds are comfortable, and the location is peaceful. The owner is easy to communicate with and worked so hard to have this property ready for us. We are grateful for the hospitality!

Stunning Riverview Home!

What an outstanding view of the river! Beautiful open and spacious floor plan that is tastefully decorated and not crowded with too much stuff. Very comfortable beds and ample closet space. Wow! Did I mention the VIEW! We were all thrilled with our stay and would love to have an opportunity to visit again. Love it!
