Boating enthusiasts will find this property especially accommodating, situated on a spacious lot with ample parking and a range of activities. Lawn activities like ladder toss and corn hole.

The bonus room includes a foosball, 65” smart TV and some card games.

Pet owners (dogs only please! 2 max) can rest easy as the property features a fenced area outside the pool enclosure, ensuring a safe and comfortable space for furry companions.
Pool is heated from first week of November to first week of April.

Perfect for family!

Rome was a wonderful host, and quickly responded to any questions we had. The neighborhood is close to everything but also extremely quiet. Having a lovely clean pool to relax in while looking out over the pond was great. I would definitely stay again!

Great location, clean, everything you need!

This rental was perfect for a family vacation. Close to many nice restaurants and attractions. The beach is close as well. The house itself has everything you need and many things to do to entertain. The pool is heated and was used constantly. Communication with the host was prompt and easy. Overall, a wonderful vacation.

Great Place!

Our family of 4 stayed here for a weekend. The place was welcoming, spotless, and well stocked. There's plenty of room to spread out. We used both the screened in area and the den in the evenings to wind down after a day of sightseeing. The pool, pool toys and lawn games were a hit with the kids. The location is central. Everything is a short drive away. Rome was very responsive to my questions and messages before and during our stay.

Took my wife, teenage son and his friend down for a week. Great communication with Rome. The house has been refreshed and has all of the accommodations needed for a great stay. The house is just minutes away from numerous attractions (like Three Sisters Springs, canoeing/kyacking, etc.) and a short drive to other area attractions like Homasasa Springs. Book with confidence,

The Best Location never shown

Ok so the place was amazing. Very clean, and everything was really with the renter in mind. But as great as the house was it was in the middle of everything!!! You wanna swim with manatees? 8 min drive and you can kayak there too. You wanna go to the beach? It’s only 10 min drive. There’s spots for hiking, camping, and a lot of nice restaurants. They’ve got a fire pit, which we made SMORE’S there. My family and I had an amazing time. I just can’t emphasize enough about the location with all that you can do there. The neighbors, and people around were extremely nice, and the people in general in that area were very nice. And a very refreshing atmosphere compared to most vacation spots. We have to come back just so we can take advantage of all the other things we didn’t have time for. If I could give it 10 stars I would, it’s that great of a vacation spot.
