AMAZING UPDATES since you were here last - Now a 4 bedroom with King en-suite with luxury bathroom and HUGE walk-in wall to wall shower, porch size is now double and has a roo with lighting and outdoor seating. Fabulous and very popular 4 Bedroom Beach House with Fenced Yard on Corner Lot, Short 3 minute walk (.2 mi) to Promenade and Beach! (NEW PICS WHEN COMPLETED some do show wip) This Simply Perfect Family Friendly Home awaits your arrival soon! Featuring a spacious and open living and dining area, Brand NEW outdoor deck with comfortable seating to enjoy the summer days/nights, and completely fenced in yard. You’ll find plenty of room to gather together for games and fun, or sneak away to the sun porch and quiet reading nook. Beach toys and games are stored for your use. Living room has lovely stone featured gas fireplace, large flat screen TV. Sliders off the dining room take you to the outdoor deck with outdoor dining set. Fully appointed kitchen, laundry, full bath with shower and mudroom are all downstairs. Right off the living room, you’ll find the sun porch and quiet reading nook. Upstairs you will find all 3 bedrooms and the other full bathroom with tub/combo shower. Simply the Perfect vacation getaway for families. Just a short 3 minute walk to the Prom and 7 blocks to the famous Lewis and Clark Turnaround, you are near all the fun of Seaside, yet can return to a lovely, quiet residential neighborhood. Streaming service only, no cable. (Bring your own stations with you.)

Great house with great amenities! Very centralized location and easy and walkable access to beach and main street of Seaside. Perfect house for two families with kids. Excellent outdoor deck areas with spacious yard and very nice primary bedroom suite and laundry room. Incredibly accommodating and responsive property managers! We will absolutely be back!!

Really, Really Nice Except...

This home is in great in so many ways; Close to the beach, Easy walk or drive to Broadway, Nice outdoor area, For an older house it's in great condition and looks like it has been refurbished recently, Plenty of household items such as dishes, utensils, towels, etc. for our group of nine. Everything about this house we were very happy with except the bed my wife and I slept in. (The room with only a queen bed.) The mattress was really saggy and the frame or springs were really squeaky. Our 18 year-old slept on the bottom bunk bed and had the same complaint. My wife summed up perfectly what I was thinking, "I loved everything about the home but if we can't get a good night's sleep I wouldn't stay there again."

Cute house

The house is really cute and set up for a family with children. It would have been nice to have beach chairs provided but it wasn't a deal breaker. The neighborhood is quiet and it is 2 blocks from the ocean. It is a short stroll to the boardwalk. I would stay here again.

Didn't let a few ants ruin our picnic.

Had a great time saying in Seaside for the week. House was in prime location. Only complaint is that we had an infestation of ants that took over all the dry food that we had brought and worked their way up into the upstairs bathroom and we had to live with them the entire time. Staff provided sprayer bottles with alcohol in them to keep them at Bay however it did not get rid of the problem and found ants in all of our food so had to cram as much as possible in fridge.

Beautiful property

I loved this house and property, I was able to pretend it was mine for a few minutes. Three large bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom, plenty of beds to accommodate three families. Great fan network to keep the house comfortable. Lovely big family room and dining room, and we ate outside most of the time. Fixed several meals in the smallish kitchen, but it all worked great. Bathroom downstairs was a perfect extra bath and the mudroom/laundry room was easy for us to roll our cart in from the beach. The huge yard was so well kept, which is unusual for a rental. Lots of extras that were so thoughtful. We didn't even get to use the front porch, next time LOL. Thanks for sharing this gem with us!

Darling home in perfect location!

This house is so cute and so welcoming with everything you might need for the week. So easy to check in and get right to the beach just a few blocks away. Clean and comfortable home.

Lovely Beach House

We truly enjoyed our time at this lovely beach house. It had everything we needed. Was close proximity to the beach and town. Perfect family get away!

Lovely home!

We had a wonderful time staying at this house! It was nice for the kids to have space to play inside when the weather was being difficult! So nice to have a mudroom with washer and dryer to clean up the kids before they stepped foot inside. Loved the sunroom and all the little details! The fireplace was toasty and warm. The stove we found out didn't work super well, but with in 30 mins of my message the manager was out trying to fix, she brought us a hotplate and even gave us a little food money! She was so thoughtful it really made a difference!!! Highly recommend! We would love to stay here again!

Very clean beautiful home feels comfortable cozy and very welcoming and definitely enjoyed it for my daughters birthday and death of a family member memorial weekend amazing experience thank u awesome 10 minute walk to the strip mall 15 minutes from the beach best experience thank u so much

Beautiful

Very nice house and right next to the beach, easy walking distance. We were here for a volleyball tournament. It was super easy to walk to the courts and the house is much larger in person than in the pictures

Remodeled beach-house that keeps it charm

You can tell the owner has worked hard to fix it up, new carpet, new floors, etc. Very clean, everything works well, Nice bathrooms. Nice beds. Spacious. Very charming place to stay. We'd do it again!

Needs to be cleaned better

Couch was extremely dirty. Vents are covered in thick dust and blinds were covered in grease and dust. Hair is the shower, gross. House is cute and in a great location, but ruined by how dirty things were.
