Come make yourself at home in our beautiful 2 Bedrooms/ 1 Bath Yellow Cottage. Conveniently located : 1.4 miles from I-40 and 1.7 miles from I-27, 2 miles from downtown, and 2 miles from Route 66.
The kitchen has granite counter tops, a prep Island, fully loaded to prepare dinner. A formal dinning room with a table for six.
The Smart tv on living room has Disney plus and Hulu.
Located in Bivins Neighborhood, only 1.8 miles from Route 66. Route 66 is a one mile of antiques, boutiques, galleries, restaurants, and bars.
Only 1.3 miles from downtown Amarillo, shopping, Civic Center, Hodgetown and many restaurants

Your Family will love to relax in the shaded backyard , dinning table, and patio furniture.

In the back It's another VRBO Yellow Studio (1 bed/1bath+ garage), separated and gated, that you can rent upon request and availability.

The Driveway located on front side of the house is reserved for the Yellow Cottage Home guests.

Great area to go for a walk/or jogging . My favorite route : Start on 12th st(across st of the house) walk around the little park (about one block from the house) and along S Julian Blvd.
Another nearby Park is Ellwood park 0.9 miles from the house.

We were in Amarillo for our annual sojourn to attend the Panhandle KC dog show.This property was absolutely exceptional! Beautiful appointments throughout...the yard and patio were lovely and inviting. Weloved the landscapping and when we drove up to the house to check-in, we were blown away that a home this lovely was a Vrbo property. Every booking we have made through Vrbo has been lovely however this home and this host have now become our golden standard.We will surely book with this Host again when we are in Amarillo.

My goodness. Photos don’t give justice to how beautiful the property is! We drove our car right up to the house and closed the front gate! The entire property has multiple gates enclosing different areas. We felt sooooo safe and my doggie loveddddd exploring. We slept so well in the peace and quiet that the neighborhood offered. Gorgeous!
