Située dans une propriété de 2,5 hectares surplombant une réserve naturelle, à 5 minutes d'Amagansett et des plages de l'océan, notre maison est meublée et décorée récemment et décorée par des designers d'intérieur. Cette maison moderne spacieuse et lumineuse est dotée de plafonds cathédrale, de portes-fenêtres et de parquet. Internet couvre la piscine et la terrasse avec système audio SONOS dans toute la maison. 4 téléviseurs intelligents. Climatisation. Piscine chauffée fermée et court de tennis, tous deux entourés de bois. Jacuzzi et douche extérieure sur le pont. Weber Grill. Tennis de table. 6 vélos disponibles. Beaux jardins paysagers.

L'étage supérieur mène aux chambres King avec une grande salle de bains avec baignoire et douche. À l’autre bout de la galerie se trouve la chambre à coucher Queen avec salle de bains et douche.
Les trois chambres restantes peuvent toutes être aménagées en chambres queen ou lits jumeaux. On a des portes-fenêtres sur le pont donnant sur le court de tennis. Les chambres du rez-de-chaussée se partagent une salle de bain (douche). La chambre du sous-sol a une salle de bain (douche).

Wonderful house with everything that you need!

We absolutely loved our stay at Amy's house. We stayed there for two weeks over the winter holidays and enjoyed every piece of the house from the comfortable beds, to the great dining table that comfortably seated all 10 of us, as well as the spacious couch where we watched many many movies. We were even lucky to have some sunny days and played some tennis and basketball. Amy and the manager Cliff answered all our questions promptly. Do not hesitate to rent this house, you will not regret it.

What a wonderful house

We rented the house for two weeks in September/October 2023 and we had a wonderful time. The house was super clean, very well equipped (kitchen, bikes, sports equipment etc.). The outdoors with the pool, basketball and tennis court are amazing. The house is located in the woods, where you have your peace and quiet. Despite it, everything is nearby (shopping, beaches, restaurants). Amy is a perfect host, everything worked out perfect. We hope to be back soon. Thank you again for having us!

Sandra and family were wonderful guests. Sandra kept me in touch with everything going on at the house (heavy rainfall, landscaping progress etc) which was extremely helpful. The house was left in perfect order and they will be most welcome to stay in future. Fellow VRBO hosts could not hope for nicer tenants. Thank you for staying and hope you visit again soon!

Beach House Heaven

There are only few occasions in life when you have everything you need and everything you want at your fingertips and when life's worries disappear the moment you walk through the front door. This fab house in Amagansett will do that to you. It is an extremely easy house to stay in and a VERY difficult house to leave. Nestled in a lightly wooded enclave, the house is surrounded by trees yet has a large lawn to play badminton or croquet, as well as a wrap around deck big enough to dine 'en famille' or sit back with cocktails. I came here with my family and we were thrilled from the moment we pulled up the to stone-pillared drive and discovered the palatial home appearing before us. When we walked inside, it was a strange effect because even though you are indoors, you still have the sensation of being outdoors. 80% of the walls are made up of giant windows ( so clear you would swear there was no glass), and the ceiling consists almost entirely of skylights, which means that you are essentially living in and among nature. We were amazed by many things here but certainly the quietness and the immense comfort of the beds rank high on our list. The only noise you will hear is the playful repartee from the birds who chirp happily all day. Audubon enthusiasts will not be disappointed here! Because we are a sporty family, it was key for us to have activities close at hand. What could be better than having a private tennis court right there at the back of the house. We wiled away the afternoons having fun family tennis tournaments and then all jumping into the pool to cool down! Another key thing on family holidays is to have space AWAY from one another; this house offers the perfect combo: at once enormously spacious ( 2 "wings"; 5 bedrooms in total) and yet it has a cosy feel where you can all congregate around the dining table ( seats 10 comfortably) or lounge around in the bright living room. The vast sofa deserves a specific mention as it is where we spent many memorable nights together, playing board games and watching movies on the large home entertainment screen. I am a discerning renter and what I find with most places is that there is always a little something wrong, or a few things that could be improved but, honestly, I can't think of a single down point to this rental. Gorgeous house, beautiful surroundings, tennis court, pool, hot tub, close to the beach: whats there not to love?!

House in Springs

All was great! House was perfect for our family with grown and married children! Yard is beautiful! Pool, hot tub and tennis was all great! Beach is very short drive away! Homeowner was very prompt with all correspondence and could not have been any nicer!!!

Amazing

Owner is beyond words hopeful and so easy to communicate. It’s been an absolute pleasure dealing with this owner of the property always available and ready to assist in anyway possible. All the luxuries of an all-inclusive resort in this home. For sure will come back next year.

Natalie and family are fabulous tenants, they looked after our home with great care and were so lovely to our contractors, who all commented on this. We communicated regularly and warmly and it sounds like they all had a wonderful family holiday. It was a fantastic experience for us as owners and we can't wait to have them stay again. You could not ask for a nicer family to rent your home!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Secluded but with every sporting activity on the doorstep: pool, tennis, basketball, bikes, beaches for water sports, deer-fenced lawn for baseball etc, running machine. Light, airy and modern with cathedral ceilings. Just 5 minutes from Amagansett and 10 minutes from East Hampton, we enjoy privacy and relaxation but have every amenity within easy reach.
We bought this property as we are keen tennis players and wanted privacy but with easy access to both ocean and bay beaches, along with the shops and restaurants in Amagansett and East Hampton. In the summer when the Hamptons' traffic is at its worst, we can avoid the 27 highway completely, shopping locally and enjoying the facilities.

House and pool are surrounded by beautiful woodland adjacent to a nature reserve. New marble bathrooms were installed in 2025. Furnished by interior designers. Every visitor has commented on the extremely comfortable beds and luxurious linens. Tennis court, heated pool, Jacuzzi, gym equipment, bikes, SONOS, BBQ - everything you need!
