Start your vacation by avoiding the Rt. 6 Cape traffic. Take the first exit after the Sagamore Bridge and drive straight to the Town Neck neighborhood. Walk in and relax on the deck with the ever-changing marsh water views. Short walk through the neighborhood to Town Neck beach, both the ocean and the Boardwalk side. Walk or take the short drive down to the Canal and enjoy the area restaurants or better yet, bring or rent bikes and enjoy the Canal bike path. This 3 bedroom home comfortably sleeps 6. Enjoy your coffee or cocktail hour out on the deck as you watch the marsh tide.

Great Time

We had a wonderful long weekend over the Labor Day holiday. The house is well stocked with everything we needed. It’s a great neighborhood for walking and has easy beach access. Owner, Heather is wonderful and communication was easy!

Wonderful location, beautiful updated property

My husband and I wanted a long weekend getaway with our 7-month old infant, and it was the perfect 1st family trip! This property had the most serene and stunning views from the deck, was walking distance from a beach (though at low tide, it was very rocky so not the best for a baby/children...beautiful and quiet, though! We choose to drive to a different beach in east sandwich for the one day that we had good weather for a 'beach day'), and the house was very clean and updated and had everything we needed! Communication was easy with Heather, the owner, and check in was a breeze. The house is very close proximity to the little downtown area of Sandwich too, with a couple really lovely restaurants on the water too. Would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a lovely, peaceful getaway!

Great Beach House

We loved staying at this beach house. It provided a clean cozy place for our small family reunion. And the view of the marsh with the sun rise was amazing. The house was clean, well organized and met our expectations. We are already talking about renting the same place again next year.

The Perfect Vacation Home

This home is all you need for a perfect vacation. It is located in a great neighborhood, close to shopping, restaurants, Cape Canal and Sandwich Village. Beautiful views from the back deck. The beds are super comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked. This is a very comfortable and cozy home.

Little slice of heaven

We had the most wonderful and relaxing time at this sweet little cottage! Immaculately clean and freshly renovated, it was the perfect weekend get away for myself and family. Very easy access for my 84 year old parents was an added bonus! The deck view of the marshes was amazing! Our host was very attentive and helpful! Great way to end the summer! Corina

When we drove to see this home we fell in love with the marsh views and the proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. As an avid fisherman, my husband couldn't resist the thought of fishing for stripers along the marsh and river. We just knew many families could enjoy this property.
