Classic Cape Cod Beach House with Private Beach

We offer you our updated and modern beach house for your next vacation on Cape Cod. Our home sits nestled in a protective dune overlooking Cape Cod Bay with a 50 foot wide private beach. The newly built large modern rear deck is accessible from the main living area as well as from the front deck and walkway to the rear. Off the rear deck is a new raised private walkway to your beach. There is an upper deck off the primary bedroom with spectacular 180 degree view of Cape Cod Bay. The front deck — with a view of a tranquil marsh — connects to the rear decks with a walkway.

This centrally air conditioned and natural gas heated home offers all the amenities to make your stay care free, relaxing, and enjoyable year round.

No need to purchase a visitor beach sticker from the town! The 50 foot wide private beach is a great place for sunning, shelling, walking, and swimming during the day and for building an evening fire pit for your party to complete your day. Enjoy the sounds both night and day of the soothing surf.

In addition to two indoor showers, there is a large private outdoor shower to wash off the day at the beach — a Cape tradition.

On the deck outside the kitchen is a large stainless steel propane BBQ grille and burner with a stainless steel work table.

Bedrooms all have ceiling fans. First floor bedroom has a bunk with a double on the bottom and a twin on the top. Upstairs bedrooms include one with a Select Comfort king bed and access to a private deck with amazing views of the beach and bay. The second bedroom has a queen bed and fabulous view of the beach and bay.

Two full bathrooms each have toilet, vanity, and walk in shower.

Parking is off street in a private driveway that will accommodate 2-3 cars.

Maximum occupancy is 6 people at all times (enforced) — including daytime beach use. We keep a beautiful home by strict limits on numbers. And by following the town’s rental property ordinance for max number of guests based on property size and number of bathrooms and beds. We are a quiet environment providing a memorable Cape experience. Older children / responsible teenagers are most welcome as part of a family.
