1 des 4 unités duplex Fabulous Beach situées sur la 26Úme rue à Old Del Mar, à seulement 7 maisons du sable. Chaque sortie peut accueillir confortablement quatre personnes. Elle possÚde son propre espace de garage, son allée et son patio. Chaises de plage, jouets, parasol, boogie board et chariots inclus! Nous nous occupons toujours des choses fastidieuses: détergent à lessive, savon à vaisselle, shampoing, serviettes, etc. Vous venez d'apporter vos sourires!

Another successful visit to the Octopus Hideaway!

This is a well-appointed property in a great location. Easy walk to the beach (and all of the beach supplies are there waiting for you!). Beachhaus staff goes above and beyond with their communication and attention to details before, during and after our stay. This property was remodeled 2 years ago and everything is top notch!

The property itself was great! Only issue was the bed wasn’t super comfortable. Location was good but the property management gave us the wrong information about dogs being allowed on the beach. Our entire trip was planned just to take our dogs to the beach for the first time and when I asked them about it they said they were allowed on a leash at the beach across the street, and off leash at the dog beach. We found out the day we got there as we were walking our dogs that they are only allowed on the dog beach and have to be on a leash. Management was apologetic then tried to blame me for not doing my own research. Had we known we would have made other arrangements.

We loved staying at the Octopus Hideaway!

They had all of the beach gear we needed and are a quick walk down to the sand. We loved the luscious plants in the backyard and of course the 2 bedrooms. Perfect space for our family of 4!

Beautiful little apartment with a killer location just a block from the beach. Del Mar is a cozy little town as well. Would 100% recommend. Perfect for a family of 4.

Wonderful Getaway!

This home was just what my family needed during our spring break! The owners were communicative and friendly. They also had a little gift for my twin 7-year olds! The home is clean and comfortable. We loved drinking our coffee in the garden every morning. The beach is a quick 5-minute walk and perfect if you have a dog. The home is located in between Carlsbad (Legoland) and San Diego (we went to the zoo and Seaport Village). We hope to stay here again!

Perfection location for weekend getaway

We traveled from Palm Springs for a dog show in Del Mar and stayed this pet friendly duplex. The yard was lovely and very secure. Nice outdoor sitting area. The inside was nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable!!! You are literally a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. We did not cook on this trip but the kitchen is well stocked. Lovely welcome note and coffee that was very appreciated) Also very close to the Del Mar race track so would love to stay here again and walk to the track!!!

Great beach access!

We enjoyed our stay at the Octopus Hideaway! We wanted something close to the beach and this was a super close walk! The house is a convenient location to restaurants and shopping. Although we didn't stay long enough to use the kitchen for cooking, it was well stocked. The home was clean and very nicely decorated.

Perfect Little Beach House

Tucked in the back, nicely fenced with astroturf and well maintained gardens. It was perfect for a few days at the beach with our pups.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT IN EVERY WAY

Our family (me, wife, dog) needed a reprieve from the AZ heat and this was the perfect escape. The home is everything that listed / shown and more. I was really impressed with ample closet space, having the dog beach so close, and how every amenity the home offered was right at your fingertips. We 100% want to stay here again asap.

Peaceful tresure

We really enjoyed staying at the Octopus Hideaway. Such a tasteful decoration and so useful amenities
 Great location. We were able to take long walks on tje beach. Really enjoyed our stay. One suggestion would be to have more light options for different corners of the garden. It would have been more enjoayble and possible to have dinner outside

Great place

This is a nice property: super clean and well-managed. The host responded to every question at Olympic speed. Perfect location for the beach. Great size for a couple or a small family. Highly recommend!

Just amazing

This place was incredible. The yard is beautiful and fully fenced, which was fantastic for our dogs. You’re within a few minutes walk to the dog beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed when we arrived. Super comfy bed and couch. Would absolutely stay here again.

Get away weekend

Cute cottage! We stayed in the back unit which was quiet and had a lovely little garden! It was just right for us and our dogs! Walkable to shops, restaurants and beach!

Great stay at the Octopus Hideaway

My girlfriend, dog and I loved staying at the Octopus Hideaway. It's very near dog beach and the commercial shops in Del Mar. The property is also private with a fully fenced yard. The house is stocked with all the necessary items to live and cook during the stay. We look forward to coming back in the future.

UCSD Graduation!

Very pleased with this perfect get away spot!! So wonderful to sit out on the patio, smell the jasmine and listen to the birds sing! Everything was clean and beautifully placed. Thoughtful design, privacy, safe and comfortable. Cozy 'cottage' is literally 2-minute walk from best dog friendly beach in Del Mar. Prompt and attentive management response to questions. A sweet little getaway!
