Located in "Camino al mar". The newest and most exclusive development in Mazatlan. This condo is on the beach and has an impressive view of the sea. Enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets of Mazatlan from your bed. It has 3 bedrooms and is for up to 8 people. You will find the most top amenities in this complex called "camino al mar". from gym, wet bar, bar, game room, cinema room, reading room, spa with jacuzzi, hot tub, sauna and steam room. lighted pool.

You will be able to enjoy all the amenities that are in this complex, some of them need to be reserved in advance. And some have a small cleaning cost.

Gorgeous views and lovely property

Ample room for 5 adults (2 couples and 1 single). We had a couple of glitches settling in, but the host and property manager are both very prompt. Enjoyed sunsets from the balcony, walking on the beach, wonderful swims in the heated pool and a perfect massage. The kitchen is well-appointed. Finding the right garage entrance was tricky and a little frustrating in the midst of a lot of traffic. It's also a little tricky to find the entrance - you walk through the plaza of the same name to get to the condos. Also, you need Five hundred pesos in cash for a refundable deposit if you are using the parking garage before you can enter the garage. May not be an issue if you are taking a taxi or uber here. We would definitely recommend this condo and would stay again if back in the area.

Great vacation in Golden zone

This is a beautiful new property in the heart of the Golden zone. The owner Alan was very responsive to any of inquiries prior to arrival and during our stay. Some miscommunication with the property manager caused some delay in the check in process but it was resolved before too long. The property manager Marfa was accommodating and looked after a few of the inquiries and attention the unit required. The condo comes as advertised with beautiful ocean views right on the beach. Due to being a new property some construction on the property and adjacent to it is ongoing. Some of the facilities on the property such as the spa are not yet open either. The condo is well equipped and comfortable for 3 adult couples or a family. Alan was an excellent host!

Perfect place for the Total Eclipse

My brother, long-time friend and I traveled to Mazatlan for the total eclipse. The property manager was the only negative for the trip. Although we arrived early, we still waited over an hour to be admitted to the property. Communication was terrible. I contacted the owner who was very helpful, but not able to expedite our arrival. The manager finally opened the place up, but never met with us to explain anything we needed to know. The place was very nice with a fabulous view - wish I could add photos, I would have liked to have had a dishwasher, but it seems none of the condos have them. Not really an issue except the dish rack was small and it was hard to find dish towels. Most VRBOs have a coffee maker with coffee pods. That would be nice. This was our third solar eclipse and the weather cooperated and the parking structure was a perfect place to view. The people of the city were really nice in particular because so many of us crowded into their lives.

Pros: We were very impressed with this unit. The building was completed in 2021 and everything still looks pretty new. The space was great for us. Party of 7, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Washer/dryer available, limited detergent. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The location feels safe and is in prime area, near restaurants and bars, within walking distance to Valentino's and Malecon. Many pharmacies within a block area. Beach towels were available. Cons: We ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. Informed that refills would be provided for additional fee. Some of the towels were worn out and had small holes in them. There were no complimentary toiletries. No extra blankets found. No safe for locking up personal items such as passports, jewelry or cash. Did not like that my party had to wait at the security street gate while I checked in at lobby. Suggestions: Received two elevator key cards but only one set of door keys. Would of preferred two sets for when group splits up. The front door slammed shut two times due to the wind tunnel created in the hallway. Be aware of fingers on the door frame.
