The facility was clean with a beautiful view and had friendly resort staff. Any issues that arose were quickly resolved. Our only suggestion would be to have a filtered drinking tap.

OUTSTANDING!

Stayed 4 weeks in Nov. Absolutely the best condo in Camino Al Mar, Mazatlan… and vacation Host, Hugo! So clean and decorated(he credited his wife) like no condo we have stayed in. Appliances, cookware(my wife is buying the same as I write), dishes all top of the line. Flatscreen TVs in all 4 rooms, Wi-Fi great. We asked Hugo if he had a BBQ… he said no, but then went out and bought one😎. Walked Beach out front everyday, swam in both ocean(84 degrees) and pool(pool bar cheapest drinks ever seen… pre setup with pesos at front desk. Big grocery store 15 min walk, or $6 pulmonia/taxi… small markets everywhere. Bars, shopping, and restaurants with great live bands all 5-10 min walks. Deck view like no other(12th floor). Security top notch. Beach towels, chairs, cooler, and now 4 boogie boards(kids had a ball!). THANKS, Hugo!

Awesome views!

Could not have asked for a more perfect host! He and I texted back and forth numerous times. I was very concerned about going to Mazatlan during Covid-19, and even more concerned about my husband and I being tested to get back to the U.S., but he helped me find a place to get tested, sending me pictures of where to get tested. I asked if he had an ironing board and iron in the condo. He didn’t, but had them added to the condo. He also added a safe box to the condo when I asked if there was one there. He also added a super comfortable chair, however, all the chairs were comfortable. The best part of this condo, it that there is a huge front balcony facing the ocean as well as a back balcony facing the city. When it was too windy to sit on the balcony facing the ocean, we just sat on the back balcony, which had a magnificent view of the city, especially at night, with the city lite up. You could see the lights of the malecon. The location was perfect, close to many great restaurants. Victor also recommended several places to eat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this condo.

My wife and I are a very easy going couple and we really enjoyed this apartment. Unfortunately we can only use it a few weeks a year since we are not lucky enough to live in Mazatlan.
We have two sons ages 19 and 16 and together we spend time at the beach and also enjoy eating out and walking on the sand.
We all have memories of incredible sunsets that we observed from the balcony of the apartment.
We decided to open the doors so that you can also enjoy this beautiful beach and the incredible views that the property offers 24 hours a day.
Whether you come as a couple, with family or friends, you will surely have an incredible time.

Mi esposa y yo somos una pareja muy tranquila y realmente disfrutamos de este apartamento. Lamentablemente solo podemos usarlo unas semanas al año ya que no tenemos la suerte de vivir en Mazatlán.
Tenemos dos hijos de 19 y 16 años y juntos pasamos tiempo en la playa y también disfrutamos salir a comer y caminar por la arena.
Todos tenemos recuerdos de increíbles atardeceres que observamos desde el balcón del apartamento.
Decidimos abrir las puertas para que tú también puedas disfrutar de esta hermosa playa y de las increíbles vistas que ofrece la propiedad las 24 horas del día.
Tanto si vienes en pareja, como en familia o con amigos, seguro que la pasarán increíble.

The apartment has a full kitchen and bar, dining room and living room with a sofa bed and smart tv in all rooms and in the living room. Master bedroom with balcony and sea view. The other two bedrooms have a balcony overlooking the city. It also has a washer and dryer.
On the large outdoor terrace you can enjoy incredible views of the sea and the Mazatlan sunset and take home some memorable images of your stay.
The building has a shopping plaza and has private access to the beach.
