Belle, calme et charmant appartement dans le coeur de Prague

Ce grand et charmant appartement d'une chambre est au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage et donne sur un joli jardin de la cour. Lumineux et spacieux et bien amĂ©nagĂ© avec des meubles modernes et antiques, l'appartement dispose d'une grande chambre avec un lit queen size et un salon spacieux avec canapĂ©-lit qui peut ĂȘtre fermĂ© et la fonction comme une deuxiĂšme chambre privĂ©e. Les hauts plafonds et parois 2 pieds d'Ă©paisseur avec double vitrage gardent trĂšs calme et la fraĂźcheur en Ă©tĂ©.

La cuisine comprend une salle à manger confortable et est entiÚrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle, cuisiniÚre à gaz, micro-ondes, cafetiÚre, etc. Placards spacieux, planchers de bois de parquet, d'un lave-linge et accÚs au jardin sont quelques-unes des commodités.

IdĂ©alement situĂ© un pĂątĂ© de maisons de l'arrĂȘt de mĂ©tro Jiriho z Podebrad et Ă  proximitĂ© de plusieurs arrĂȘts de tramway, bĂątiment historique de cette 1920 avec ascenseur est dans la belle 2Ăšme arrondissement, Vinohrady, dans le centre de Prague. Il est Ă  seulement dix minutes Ă  pied de la place Wenceslas et le MusĂ©e national, mais loin de l'agitation touristique.

Great apartment in a perfect location

The apartment is beautifully furnished and located in a lovely neighborhood, with everything easily accessible. It’s very spacious and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beautiful apartment - bigger than it looks in pictures. There's a washing machine and a bath. Very convenient location with a grocery store on the block. Metro and trams are nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay, the flat reminds me of my grandmother"s former flat, with tall ceilings and doors between all rooms so you can have privacy. It was convenient to be in a great, lively neighborhood, so close to grocery stores and cafes, and very easy access to public transit.

Short stay in Prague

The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. The neighborhood was lovely with close, easy access to the metro and buses. Martina, the manager, was responsive and helpful, although the introduction to the appliances in the apartment was rather rushed and I had to ask her to demonstrate how to use several of them again on another day. However, she came to the apartment that second day only because I had mistakenly done what she warned me not to do, and used the wrong key in the wrong lock. It had gotten stuck and had to be pried out, so I actually was grateful for a second opportunity . I’m not clear why that key is still on the ring since it doesn’t work. I never could get the oven going even after buying a new fire starter.

Wonderful stay in Prague

We had a wonderful stay at Tad and Jana's apartment in Prague. The apartment has a large, well equipped kitchen with windows that open to a quiet garden courtyard below. We heard onÄșy birds chirping and occasional lovely piano music during the day, and it was very quiet at night. The living room area was comfortable as was the large bedroom. The apartment was very clean. The apartment is very well located close to the subway system and buses. We walked to a lovely market nearby and there were grocery stores also within walking distance. There were really nice restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, and little wine shops in the area. The neighborhood was interesting and vibrant. We felt very safe. We attended events of the Prague Spring Music Festival easily by subway. Communication and check-in were all great. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope that we will have an opportunity to return in the future.

Wunschlos glĂŒcklich

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser ruhigen, sehr stilvoll eingerichteten Altbauwohnung. Die Vögel haben uns jeden Morgen geweckt. In der NÀhe gibt es tolle Cafés, Restaurants und LÀden. Die U-Bahn ist auch nicht weit und man ist sehr schnell bei den Touristen-Attraktionen. Das Viertel selbst gefiel uns extrem gut. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung absolut und hoffen, bald wieder zu kommen! Vielen, vielen Dank!

Wonderful apartment

This rental was simply perfect for our 10-day first-time visit to Prague. The neighborhood is walkable and full of great food, drink, and parks, yet it's still a wonderfully quiet space to come back to after long days exploring the city. Easy access to anywhere in Prague via public transit, or on foot if you like to walk. The hosts were thoughtful and communicative. I cannot recommend more highly!

Altbauwohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung liegt 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Wenzelsplatz entfernt, rundherum Bars, Restaurants und kleine LĂ€den. Alles da was man braucht. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Do not consider any other offering. This is FABULOUS!!!

Posh location, spacious well equipped apartment. This is joyous living in a central but non-tourist suburb. Metro is close and so is a tram. Lots of convenience stores and supermarket within easy walking, and there are weekend markets and wine shops. Don't bother with the restaurants. They are expensive. Buy your own food and cook in the excellent kitchen with big dining area. The apartment is quiet and private and there is a lift. There is a bedroom with a comfortable double bed. There is a living room room with a double bed and a sofa. There is a folding bed provided.Two couples plus a single could live comfortably for a long stay. WI FI and TV are great. The owner lives in California but has a good couple on the ground to manage this apartment. Probably the best rental we have enjoyed in Europe in 11 trips over the past 10 years. At less than 200 US a night this is a bargain. Happy travels from Carl and Janice Rafferty in Australia

Spacious, soothing, wonderfully located and equipped apartment

Tad and Jana's apartment is a treasure. It was spotless and exactly as pictured, with our travel to and from the airport helpfully arranged in advance by Martina, who met us when we arrived and saw us off on our last day. We enjoyed Prague very much, even though it was quite crowded at the well-known attractions like The Old Town Square and the Castle. Far and away, living at this apartment in the Vinohrady neighborhood was the highlight of our vacation. It was always such a pleasure to return from the touristic hustle and bustle to the peaceful environs of this apartment. For all the well-deserved celebration of this homey, relaxing apartment in the reviews, I am surprised that more people have not highlighted how quiet the neighborhood is. We slept every night in the very comfortable queen-sized bed with our windows wide open and were amazed at how quiet it was even on the weekend. Meanwhile, there are a number of good restaurants within easy walking distance - and the farmer's market was quite a treat, featuring an Asian food festival on one of the days we were there. Prague's easily accessible metro system, a short two blocks away, was the best we've experienced in Europe. And Tad and Jana responded quickly and effectively to any questions we had. In short, we loved renting this apartment and would do so again in a heartbeat if we decide to return to this fair city.

L'appartement est trÚs bien situé, à deux pas du métro, et dans un quartier vivant et agréable. L'appartement est spacieux, calme et propre. Nous avons été trÚs bien accueillis par une dame qui nous a également réservé nos taxis. Nous le recommandons !

Wunderbare, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in bester ruhiger zentraler Lage, TOP!!!

Unser Aufenthalt zu viert (2 Erwachsene mit fast erwachsenen Kindern) war einfach prima, wir hatten genug Platz und haben es sehr genossen, nach den turbulenten Tagestouren durch Prag (Ostern mit vielen vielen Touristen ĂŒberall) in unsere friedliche, ruhige, heimelige Wohnung zurĂŒck zu kommen und im Wohnzimmer zu "chillen". Nachts ist es sehr ruhig dort. In wenigen Gehminuten entfernt findet von Mittwoch bis Samstag vor der Kirche an der Slavikova Straße ein toller Markt mit super leckeren Kuchen, Quiches und Kaffee, Wurst-, KĂ€sestĂ€nden, Obst & GemĂŒse statt. Man kann dort frĂŒhstĂŒcken und dabei dem Treiben zusehen, dazu lokale Lebensmittel kaufen. Eben dort in der Slavikova gibt es eine Vinothek mit lokalen tschechischen Weinen, einen KĂ€seladen und einen Minimarkt. Viele Restaurants und Cafes sind fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Das italienische Lokal "Il Capitano" in zwei Gehminuten Entfernung (Slavikova 1571/6) war eine super leckere Entdeckung. Die EigentĂŒmer sind sehr hilfreich, sie antworten zeitnah und nett per mail. Vor Ort gibt es auch eine Kontaktperson, wenn etwas zu klĂ€ren ist. Viel Freude bei Eurem Urlaub in Prag! The flat is situated perfectly, we could have dinner in walking distance and appreciated the silentness in the night very much! On saturday we had breakfast at the nearby market - yummy cakes and lots of families with their children and dogs, completed by two mini ponies to delight the children. Saturday evening we were introduced in czech vines by the vinery at the Slavikova street, and the italian restaurant "Capitano" was a delicious surprise.

Good location, nice well stocked kitchen

We enjoyed our time in Prague. Lovely city, very eclectic. The apt was perfect for out needs, but it sure would be nice to have another toilet. We are only a couple so I can imagine if 2 couples were staying there that it could become a problem. Everything seemed to work okay, however we could not ignite the stove's front 2 burners. Not that it mattered, just letting the owners know this. Quiet, which is always appreciated. Close to the metro. No complaints, we were very happy with our stay.
