Beautiful roomy 3 story townhouse with hardwood floors, built in 2020, new decor with Johnny Cash, & Taylor Swift vibes, clean crisp white sheets, fresh coffee, air conditioning & heat settings on each floor for everyone’s comfort. Great place to stay for large groups looking to relax after a day or night on the town.

Great property

This was a very nice place that my family stayed at for the weekend! Between downtown Nashville and Opryland- made it in the middle of the two locations so it was easy to rideshare from. Neighborhoood isn't the best, but we were fine in the townhouses. Dana was a great host! Very helpful and attentive!

Comfortable & Convenient

The townhouse was the perfect size and set up for our group of 4 (2 couples). It was comfortable & convenient to all the different things we wanted to see & do while in Nashville. The Host answered any questions or concerns we had. She was very quick to respond to an unexpected issue we had when we first arrived and took care of the problem in no time at all .... which was very impressive & appreciated! Thank you Dana!

Cute and clean!

We stayed at this place over Christmas with our family, there were 5 of us total. The listing said there were 3 bedrooms but one of the bedrooms is basically the 3rd floor landing at top of the stairs outside of a bedroom. It had a bunk bed there so there was a place to sleep. It didn’t matter so much for us, but others may need to know it’s not a separate bedroom with its own door to close it off. The beds were really comfortable and each floor has its own thermostat so it wasn’t too hot or cold for sleeping. Our only complaint was that the kitchen wasn’t stocked with much for actually using it, which we did cooking meals while we were there. I mentioned this to the manager, Dana, and she said she will address that. She was very responsive to any questions and easy to work with. Overall we were happy with our stay here!

Birthday Celebration In Nashville

We enjoyed the rental property. It was very clean & we felt good about being in a gated community because the neighborhood was a little run down. We VRBO a lot & my only reservation from the trip was that we didn’t receive the code & check-in instructions until minutes before we were to get there. In the past we have always had everything given to us so we were prepared. You could not have good phone reception or other things go wrong & it gave us a sense of uneasiness that we may not know what to do & we were states away. I would recommend that if people have paid in advance that they give the instructions a little sooner. If they are concerned about people checking in they need to address that with the renters. Otherwise fun stay & would rent again.
