This property was perfect for our stay in Nashville, close enough to everything, yet far enough away from Broadway to get away for all the craziness. Communication with the owner was always very easy, she answered all my questions immediately and was very accommodating to our needs. Thank you we had a GREAT time!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear your crew felt a bit scared about the area. We have not experienced any safety issues in the area, and I personally live just two blocks away with my young children. Many people walk around the neighborhood regularly and enjoy its convenient location close to downtown.

Besides being super clean and spacious, it was conveniently located. We stayed for a work conference at the Gaylord Opryland Resort. The morning drive was easy because we were going against rush hour traffic. The owners do an excellent job of communicating. It was a great stay.

Quaint, cozy, and near every place we wanted to visit

The place is clean, and comfy. All the amenities we could need and right near the elevator. Downtown Nashville and Opryland very close. Lots of places to eat and shop.

We had an excellent stay at this VRBO! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and there were so many thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home.The location was perfect — convenient to everything we wanted to do while still feeling relaxing and quiet. Communication with the host was outstanding from start to finish. They were responsive, helpful, and made check-in and check-out incredibly easy.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. Delightful long weekend in Nashville at this property

My sister, son, and I spent a long weekend in Nashville at this property. It is clean, comfortable, and in a good location. We appreciated the coffee shop and small store across the street and parking (albiet tight) lot in back. We would stay here again.

Perfect Space for up to 6 people

Space was VERY clean, newly renovated and comfortable. There were two large bedrooms, with excellent mattresses and clean linens. Living space was roomy and comfortable, with a nice kitchen, new appliances. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and was exactly as described. It was well stocked and very clean. We just happened to meet the property manager as we arrived. She was helpful and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back. The sound machine in the master was also great, no street noise and we slept great.
