Welcome to G.F. Wiard Cottage! This tiny home features a beautiful open floor plan with high vaulted ceilings. Getting its name from the historic main house that G.F. Wiard himself built in 1907. This cottage is newly constructed with all modern amenities including central AC for your comfort. Considered a tiny home the G.F. Wiard cottage is lacking in nothing, offering a great room space that includes a kitchen, a living area, and a dining space. The kitchen features custom cabinetry, quartz countertops and full-size appliances. The cottage features one cozy bedroom with a queen bed, built in dresser, full closet and an ensuite bathroom. This gorgeous bathroom features a fully tiled walk-in shower! With natural light flooding the house through the windows and doors and with the vaulted ceilings, this home feels anything but small.

G.F. Wiard cottage offers a fully fenced and spacious backyard perfect for your furry traveling companion as this home is pet friendly! The backyard also offers a patio space with seating and a gas grill. Located within just a few blocks of historic downtown Cody where you will find local restaurants, breweries, bars, coffee houses and many unique shops!
Make the G.F. Wiard Cottage your tiny, but great home away from home when visiting all that Cody, Wyoming has to offer!

Best place for your 4 footed family member and your 2 footed ones as well!

We visit Cody every year and this was the perfect place for my husband and our golden retriever to stay. Beautiful cottage with everything you need to feel like you're at home. Completely fenced in yard was a must and this provided the comfort our pup needed!

Great location and super neat and tidy!

This is the cutest and cleanest little "cottage" or tiny house. Great location! We walked to everything downtown. Covered all the basic needs and cute little fenced in back yard. If it is available the next time we come to town we would stay here again.

Cute little house!

This was an excellent place for the pup and I to stop off while I did a few days of remote work. The place was clean, easy to find and full of natural light during the day. Other than the neighbor’s dog, which the owners have no control over, the house was quiet and peaceful. I would have appreciated a few basic items such as salt, pepper and oil to make cooking more of a reality. I’d definitely stay there again next time I’m in Cody.

Doll House

This tiny house was perfect! We loved all the amenities that came with the house. It was very clean and beautifically decorated. We were in Cody visiting our Grandaughter, so this was the perfect location to downtown. Our little dog was very happy with the fenced back yard. We would stay here again!
