Wonderful property on the ocean. Great dark sky for stargazing, the Milky Way was visible. Well-appointed home stocked with what we needed. Definitely will be back again!

The property was very nice, and we loved the view! Everything was in good condition. Communication could have been a little better; pre-check-in was fine, but then nothing after that, checking if everything was ok and no response at all when we let them know we were leaving early (we didn't really need a response, but it still would have been nice to acknowledge).

We prefer to give our guests space and peace and quiet during their vacation while staying on standby immediately if any questions or needs arise. I do apologize for overlooking your message about checking out early. I typically respond with a “thank you for letting me know. Hope you enjoyed your stay.” The day you checked out we had several other homes also departing which is why I must have overlooked your message.

Lovely home that accommodated our family vacation. Well-maintained property with beautiful landscaping. Clean and nicely decorated. Lovely view of the harbor from the backyard. Quiet area. Close to the town of Southwest Harbor and many areas of Acadia National park. We would definitely visit again!

The second you pull into the driveway you're amazed by how pristine the property is (just on the outside!) open the doors and you're blown away by how beautifully maintained the inside of the home is. Our host, Stacy was SO easy to contact if we had any questions. She made our week stay in her home a breeze. We CANNOT wait to return to this rental next year.

We had a wonderful stay in this nicely appointed home. The kitchen was well supplied, the beds comfortable, and the two upstairs bedrooms provided beautiful views of the water from their sitting rooms.

51 Ann's is a beautiful, well-appointed home with space for a large family. Grounds were lovely- high tide particularly enchanting as the tidal river flows by! Our family truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

The location was perfect- quiet, private and with beautiful views of the water. And only minutes from Southwest Harbor. Plenty of space for 5 adults and one 9 year. Meal preparations were easy to accomplish in the well equipped kitchen. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Family Time by the Ocean

We loved the house and location. It was beautiful, spacious and perfect for 6 adults and two teens. We have stayed in Bar Harbor but were looking for something a little more quiet.

Beautiful waterfront home with spacious backyard on quiet street.

My family had an incredible time there. We played a lot of whiffle ball and baseball in the back yard while we watched the tides come in and out. Would definitely rent again. Host was very supportive during the stay. We did all the cool hikes and visited Bar Harbor which is about 30-40 minutes away. Plenty of great restaurants nearby and not as touristy as Bar Harbor.

The property was absolutely beautiful and even better than the pictures! My husband and 3 kids and I really enjoyed our stay, and the view is so peaceful. Stacy was wonderful. We hope to stay again sometime!

Amazing getaway

This place is huge. My family and I stayed here for 4 days, it was seven of us. There is plenty of room to hangout, an outside area big enough for games too. Close drive to Bar Harbor, and plenty of good places to eat nearby. I highly recommend staying here for big groups.

Perfect May getaway

The house was amazing. Honestly, it’s even better than the pictures. It had everything we could have ever needed. The tidal pond in the back was great as were the sunsets. We couldn’t picked a better house for our group for a Maine getaway!
