3 bedrooms, 2 full baths - Waterfront Beach House just minutes from Point Pelee National Park!
This charming, newly renovated and fully furnished beach house boasts 3 bedrooms - 1 upstairs, 2 down (sleeps 6), 2 full baths, and a trundle sofa bed- perfect for one adult or 2 young children. There's a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of living space, and a large private deck overlooking Lake Erie.

RELAX: Our property features a large lakeside deck spanning the entire back of the house which offers panoramic breathtaking views of Lake Erie sunsets and sunrises. The deck is equipped with lounge chairs, patio set, and a BBQ. Feel free to enjoy the beach and amenities within walking distance at Point Pelee National Park by using our Complimentary Park Pass for the duration of your stay. In the evenings, why not enjoy a bonfire outside and roast some marshmallows or relax inside in our newly refurnished living room to watch some TV on our flatscreen. When it’s time to turn in for the night, enjoy a restful night on our brand new mattresses.

EAT: Our fantastic kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to prepare your own meals to enjoy at our large dining room table. If you prefer not to cook, why not enjoy an evening out at one the many local restaurants just a short drive away? Or why not plan a day or evening to explore local breweries in Kingsville, or enjoy a wine tour or tasting at the vineyard in Colchester’s wine country (20+ local wineries with award winning wines & cuisine).

ADVENTURE: Check out all that Leamington, Kingsville and surrounding areas have to offer! We are just minutes from Point Pelee National Park, Hillman Marsh and Erie Shores Golf Course. With just a short car ride, you can be at the Seacliff Park, Beach or Amphitheatre to enjoy an outdoor concert on summer nights. Leamington has always been a great destination for birders, cyclists, and nature lovers! Our waterfront is fantastic for boating and many other water activities. You could also plan a day trip to Caesars Casino in Windsor or Pelee Island on the Ferry.
Don't forget to check out the many roadside produce stands the area has to offer. Pick up the freshest produce available! Many options available seasonally!

Fantastic Time at the Beach Cottage

We stayed at the property during one week (2 parents, and 16.5 yo twin girls). We had the most perfect week ever. Weather was amazing, lake temperature was perfect, and the cottage was exactly what we needed. Everyone had a cozy room to sleep in (comfy mattresses and excellent quality linens), and we liked having 2 full baths (plenty of great quality towels provided, including beach towels). Well-equipped kitchen, and A/C. We loved the deck (amazing sunsets, the sound of the waves, watching the birds, etc) and enjoyed the complimentary park access (not even a 2 minute drive). Activities that we enjoyed around: karting, the national park (everyday), canoeing, a day-trip to Detroit, mini golf at the Tropical Gardens, the tip of Canada, Pelee Wings, restaurants, etc. Jen was a great host. She thought of everything possible to make us feel perfectly at home. And her welcome basket prompted us to go visit Willow Tree Market as well as a few other local vendors/breweries and wineries. Simply put: we had a perfect vacation week.

Wonderful, comfy place to hang our hat for a couple days! Nothing better than sleeping to the sound of the waves lapping at the beach. Amenities were well thought out and added to everything. Point Pelee is one of our favorite parks and it was great to have a pass to come and go at our convenience. Our host was just a phone call away when I had a question. Only downside was I wish we could have stayed longer! :-)

This is a clean and well appointed cottage. I can’t think of one thing we needed that wasn’t provided. The view from the living area and deck are spectacular and we enjoyed the sunsets as well as the blood moon from the deck. The pass for Point Pelee Park was a nice bonus, as was the basket of snacks and the starter pack for the Keurig.The area is a nature lover’s paradise and we would definitely stay here again, should we return to Leamington.

We had a very fun and relaxing vacation at the bright/cozy beach house with its incredible sunsets and night skies. Jennifer was super helpful before and during our stay. Pt Pelee national park was so close by that we went every day. We highly recommend this place.

Lake Views

This is our second visit. The cottage is well-stocked, taking some of the stress out of packing. It is kid friendly and has amazing views of the lake. We enjoyed the proximity to Point Pelee National Park, so easy to go back and forth from the cottage to the park even multiple times a day. Jen is a great host. She is easy to reach and does a great job of making sure you have everything you need for a wonderful stay!

Perfect cottage getaway

Every year, I get together with a group of old buddies for a long weekend holiday to catch up. We all have busy lives and live all over the place and rarely get to see each other. My job is to find the lodging. This cottage was perfect. It’s right on the water (gorgeous views), super clean (whew), and very close to many activities including visiting Point Pelee. We had a wonderful time and would certainly visit again. Jen was a fantastic host. We felt right at home.

Beach House on point Pelee Drive

Great cottage.. clean with all the amenities of home. Beautiful view of the water but we were unable to sit on the deck because of the infestation of mayflies and a static heat dome. No access to the water from this cottage but the park is close by. Jen, the host, was excellent and very helpful.

Beautiful sunset

Cheery 3 bedroom cottage with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Views were fabulous and seating both inside and out was comfortable. The owner gave us great tips to enjoy our stay. One of our nicer rental experiences.

Unforgettable Stay In the Beautiful Cottage

My friends and I enjoyed our stay in the cottage. We had so much fun and amazing time during our stay. The cottage is so welcoming, the cleanliness is superb. We have all we need during our stay. The kitchen is equipped with what we need to prepare our food. Everything is perfect! It was indeed a wonderful experience!

Festival of Birds

We had an excellent stay at the cottage- minutes from Park Boundary. We were here to photograph migrating birds and it was so convenient to have early morning starts and pop back for lunch or a nap! Cottage had everything we could need including a well stocked kitchen and welcome basket of goodies! Would come again!

Perfect Getaway with Friends

Beautiful cosy and clean cottage was perfect for our stay. Everything we needed was provided. Very close to Point Pelee National Park and we enjoyed our sunset over the lake to finish our day. Excellent communication with our host and easy check-in and out. Would definitely book again.

For the Birds (at Point Peele)

We went for the birding at Point Pelee. Fortunately we scheduled a guided tour for the three hours Saturday morning that it didn’t rain! We truly enjoyed the cottage. It was immaculate and had every thing we needed. We ate at Freddy’s and had great yellow belly perch. Played cards and listened to music at night. Sad to leave!
