This hidden gem in the heart of Lake Erie promises unforgettable memories that will stay with you forever.
Our Magical Dreamcatcher Lake House is surrounded by the unique Lighthouse Nature Reserve. Wake up to breathtaking sunrises over Lake Erie, watch the moon rise over the water, admire sunsets over Lake Henry, and gaze at star-filled skies in every direction.
Visit us and create a truly memorable vacation filled with adventure, joyful moments, and the deep rest and relaxation your soul deserves.
Our little piece of heaven is one of just 11 homes nestled between two lakes on the island, how amazing is that? You’ll have the opportunity to encounter a variety of native and migratory species while walking to the nearby Lighthouse (just 8 minutes away). Remember, you’ll be sleeping within a nature reserve!
Getting here is part of the adventure.
To reach the island, take the Pelee Island Ferry, operated by the Pelee Island Transportation Company (April–November). You can bring your car, bike, or walk on as a foot passenger. If you're walking on, you'll find bike and golf cart rentals just steps from the ferry dock. We recommend arranging your transportation as soon as you confirm your reservation.

Wonderful relaxing stay

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. It was everything we expected. The location was peaceful with a great view. The cottage was spacious and had everything we needed. Paul the host was very responsive to all our questions both before and during our stay.

Amazing and beautiful location!

My wife and I had an amazing time and enjoyed the amenities that came along with it. The location was beautiful. It was great watching the sunrise in the back, and sunset in the front. We will definitely recommend this place!!

SO relaxing

This place was AWESOME! Paul thought of everything to make our stay wonderful. The view of the Lake was mesmerizing. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful stay

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was spacious enough for us all to spread out while also accommodating areas for time to be together. We enjoyed the peace of the cottage while exploring the beauty of the island. Paul was a great host We all appreciated him sharing his home with us.

Great spot to unwind and relax

The Dreamcatcher house was absolutely perfect. Comfortable lodging with everything you need for a relaxing weekend. Beautiful views and lots of outdoor seating options to choose from. The host was outstanding and very accommodating. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful lake views

We had a great stay at Dreamcatcher Lake house. The views are beautiful. The house is clean, comfortable and well stocked. The owner is very nice, and communication was great. I would recommend this home if you are looking for a nice peaceful getaway. Also, the high speed wifi worked perfect during our stay.

Pelee paradise

The stay at Dreamcatcher was perfect!! Amenities were better than expected. Sunrise “show “ is a perfect backdrop for a morning coffee. The sunset over Lake Henry is there if you sleep in. Paul ensured we were happy and taken care of. A must place to stay!

Sunsets and sunrises!

The Dreamcatcher cottage was just as we hoped! Beautiful, wonderful views of the lake, a large kitchen table for games and dining and equipped with everything we needed. Would highly recommend. We had an awesome 4 days celebrating 60th birthdays and friendship!

The Dreamcatcher Lake House is a beautiful, well equipped cottage. We enjoyed the lake breeze and amazing views. We spent days at the beach and nights by lakefront bonfire. Would definitely recommend to couples and families. Paul is a great host, who was very welcoming and accommodating. Pelee island has nice sandy beaches, protected wetlands and nature trails that are all walking distance from the cottage. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you Paul for sharing your property with us!

A true dream catchers dream

This was an absolute 'dream' vacation! Our Host (Paul) was very charming and so helpful right from the start of our communication. He anticipated all our needs and gave us a first rate holiday that we won't forget. The home was clean, spacious and absolutely gorgeous. We immediately fell in love with the property and we are already talking about going back again next year. Our many thanks to Paul.

Paul's Pelee Island Dreamhouse was a wonderful location The house itself was nice and carefully thought out, with plenty of space and a well laid out kitchen for cooking and entertaining. The location was amazing! Being right on the lake and having water on both sides of the property made for great morning and evening views and the walking trails though the nature preserve to the nearby lighthouse and quarry gave us lots to do. Our son especially enjoyed the beach area around the lighthouse and finding turtles, snakes, and other small wildlife along the trails. Paul was a great host. He was easy to contact and made sure our stay went flawlessly.

Girls' Weekend Getaway

We had an absolutely amazing time while we were here! It was my mom, my two sisters, and my sister-in-law. (5 of us!). The cottage was beautiful. The pics are great, but it's actually even nicer in person. The cottage was clean and fully ready for us. Any questions that I did have, Paul was so very quick to reply and answered all my questions quickly. The welcome gift was such a great addition to our arrival - so greatly appreciated and what an great extra touch! The moon rises and sunrises visible from the large picture windows was spectacular, and being so close to the water just made it all even more gorgeous! The cottage had absolutely EVERYTHING you could even think you might need - Paul has thought of everything! :) Highly recommend - Thank you Paul for everything you did to make our stay as memorable as it will be!

I never wanted to leave!

This trip was a belated Christmas gift for my mom who is a spry 74 year old! This was our first trip to Pelee and we LOVED it! Paul’s house couldn’t be a more perfect place to stay. It was just the two of us but the house could easily fit many more. Very spacious, very clean and the house had all the supplies we needed and more! And I loved the decor of the house too. So many nice details that you don't usually get in a house rental! The area is so quiet and so peaceful which is exactly what we needed. We had a fire by the lake in the fire-pit every night and it was just perfect! The lighthouse is so close and we walked there daily. Paul immediately responded to any questions we had and even left us a welcome gift :) I truly cannot say enough about our stay. I fell in love with Pelee Island on this trip and I can't wait to come back again. If you're looking for the perfect home rental in this beautiful island, look no further!
