Welcome to our 4,100 square foot Log Cabin nestled in the breathtaking beauty of Pinetop-Lakeside. Located on the banks of a serene creek in the heart of a lush forest, our log cabin promises an unforgettable experience for up to 18 guests, with 2 ensuites for multi-family comfort.

With its abundance of windows offering picturesque views of the surrounding wilderness and creek, as well as its remarkable amenities like a game room, bar, fireplace, and high-end supplies, this cabin is the epitome of relaxation.

As you step inside, you'll immediately be captivated by the rustic charm and modern elegance that define this extraordinary retreat. The open and spacious floor plan provides a warm and inviting atmosphere, making you feel right at home. The large windows bathe the interiors in natural light, creating a seamless connection between the indoors and the enchanting outdoors.

The cabin boasts 4 oversized and beautifully appointed bedrooms, each offering a cozy and peaceful retreat. The plush beds, pillows and linens ensure optimal comfort and relaxation. Additionally, the 3.5 bathrooms are spacious and well-stocked. The home has one ensuite bedroom on the main floor, and the primary and additional 2 bedrooms + loft are upstairs via the spiral staircase.

The heart of this cabin lies in its stunning common areas, perfect for bringing everyone together. The expansive living room features a huge fireplace, where you can gather around with your loved ones and bask in the warm glow of the crackling fire. The fully equipped kitchen is a dream, boasting dual ovens & fridges, ample counter space, and all the necessary tools to prepare delicious meals such as cast iron skillets, small appliances and serveware. The adjacent dining area boasts large windows and skylights to make you feel immersed in the forest.

For entertainment, the game room is a true delight. Challenge your friends to a game of pool, or unwind with a selection of board games and puzzles. The adjacent bar area allows you to mix up your favorite cocktails and indulge in some good conversation. The oversized garage allows you to bring all your outdoor toys as well.

For those who need to work or find solace in a quiet space, this cabin offers not one, but two dedicated workspaces with breathtaking views of the forest and creek. Made of log from the Sunrise Ski Mountain runs, this 4,100 sq ft home not only feels extremely secluded and is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in downtown Lakeside, but it backs right up to Billy Creek and is walking distance from miles of hiking and off-road trails! This log cabin gives you a true feeling of being in the middle of the woods while also minutes away from all the amenities and popular spots. You will also find cool little details around the house that represent different areas and time periods of the White Mountains, like the front door which came off of the old Holbrook post office. It was won in a poker game by the original owner/builder in 1977!

Hosts are AZ natives and grew up vacationing in Pinetop-Lakeside. We have had a home in Pinetop Lakeside since 2017, and we include lots of great recommendations for any type of traveler.

Sleeps up to 18 + baby crib. 2 Master suites, a third "adult" king bed room, a bunk room, and a loft and office both with sofa beds! Perfect for 4 families.

Bedrooms and Amenities:

o Primary Bedroom (2nd floor): 1 King size bed with Tuft & Needle mattress and multiple types of pillow firmnesses available, bench, seating area with smart TV, dresser, large walk in closet with luggage racks, hampers and floor mirror, en-suite bathroom with 2 rain shower heads and jetted jacuzzi tub, and view out to the forest.

o Primary Bedroom Office (attached to bedroom): Right off the master bedroom is a large office with a view of the creek and backyard deck. Equipped with a wet bar with a coffee pot and an espresso machine + steamer, a sofa bed that can sleep 2, and a desk and chair for working.

o 2nd King Bedroom (Second floor): This bedroom has views to the creek and back deck. 1 King size bed with a memory foam mattress + Tuft & Needle pillow topper and multiple types of pillow firmnesses available,. Dresser with mirror, bench, seating area with smart TV, and a closet with luggage racks, a hamper, and a floor mirror.

o 3rd Bedroom/Bunk Room (Second floor): This bedroom has views to the forest out front. TWO triple bunk beds sleeps 8, each bunk bed with 1 full and 2 twin mattresses. Each bed is equipped with its own reading light and power strip for charging. The room also includes a large 3-door closet, 3 dressers, and a small table and chairs. Closet includes a luggage rack, hamper, and floor mirror.

o Loft (Second floor): The kids game/play area. Equipped with a pull out couch for two, TV with a Fire Stick and DVD player, and games, puzzles, books and movies.

o 4th Bedroom (First floor): This bedroom has views to the creek and back deck, and has French doors leading out onto the deck. It also has a workspace that looks out onto the pines and the private trail to the creek. 1 plush Queen size bed, dresser with mirror, hanging rack for clothes, luggage rack, hamper, and floor mirror.

The neighborhood:
Smack dab in the middle of town, you’ll go through a cute, quiet little neighborhood to the very back. You’ll drive over a bridge over the creek and expect to turn one way, but instead you’ll turn off a dirt road! You will be immersed in a blanket of pines down this road, until the end where you’ll find Billy Creek Lodge - a massive log cabin right on the creek with direct access to the creek and trails.

Applicable Fees:
$75 fee per pet will be requested per stay to be paid before front door code is given. Guests are responsible for picking up after pets.

Reflected in pricing is a surcharge per person per night over 8 guests. $50/person/night to be charged for any guests over the amount on your reservation.

Parties or events thrown onsite without prior approval will be fined $1,500 event fee. If property is left in an excessively dirty condition, a $250 fee will be applied.

Late check out is by request AT LEAST 48 hours in advance, $100 fee applies.

We have one security camera on the premises which is located outside of the house.

We allow small events and weddings up to 35 people for a $1,500 fee due upon booking. Once booked, just message us and we will send the fee request over. Proof of 3rd party event insurance is required 30 days before check in for every person in attendance-typically $15 per head. All house rules must be followed, including local city 10pm noise ordinance.

Supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc) are provided for one week of stay. Renters are responsible for additional supplies.
