Great Vacation Spot

Jamie’s place is so nice, clean, beautifully decorated and in a great location. The condo is well stocked with kitchen needs, towels, linens. We loved our stay and will surely be back!

Convenient location to beach

We had our daughter and grand kids visiting and this was the perfect location to the beach and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and there was good water pressure. The host was so kind and responsive.

Good location, adequate accommodations

The accommodation was quiet and private. It was cheerfully decorated but with older pieces. The bathroom had black mold on the ceiling which was gross. The lanai was amazing for a second shower. It was an easy walk to the beach and the kitchen had enough materials to cook easily.

We are so sorry. We were not made aware of the issue, but hired a contractor to remediate the problem. He said it’s a common problem in the middle of the summer when people are in and out and doors are left open. We’ve added a high efficiency dehumidifier and the bathroom is back to normal. This will never happen again.

Just what we needed.

I booked the unit for a weekend trip. Everything was just as posted online. Very very clean and so comfortable. Had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated. Quick walk to the beach. Host was thoughtful and quick to respond. We will definitely return!

Great quick getaway!

Jamie was great to communicate with and quick! The house was clean for the most part but the bathroom vents didn’t work well and is causing a bit of mildew, just needs a good cleaning. Beds were comfortable and the deck was a great hangout for us! Thank you Jamie!

Perfect house, great location

We had a great time with our two teens over spring break. Everything was clean and as pictured. The house was stocked with everything we needed. We didn’t get much beach time because it rained but the couches and chairs were comfortable for an evening in front of the TV. Very convenient - 5 minute walk to the beach and a five minute drive to the restaurants. Would definitely rent again!

Wedding party getaway

We are locals but wanted to stay nearby to out of state wedding party guests for a week. The property was very close to the beach and the host was very easy to stay in contact with any concerns. I was not aware based on pictures that the bunk beds were double size bed bunk beds with an additional double trundle bed under the bunk. This made for additional sleeping.

Cute and Comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay so much! It was so comfortable and beautifully decorated by the host! Our teenage children loved it, and we enjoyed some wonderful family time. The outdoor shower is amazing, and the condo is equipped with everything that you need, including everything you would need for the beach. The balcony is beautiful, and we loved grilling out while sipping wine in the comfortable chairs under the pretty lights. We would not hesitate to stay again. The hostess, Jamie, was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place for families.

Two bedroom duplex on Ft. Maco Road

The 1st floor duplex was clean, tastefully decorated and about 1 mile from the ocean. The kitchen was adequetly stocked, the appliances all worked well, and laundry was convenient. The bedroom had a double bed, not a queen sized, and there was only 1 nightstand and1 lamp in bedroom, which was disappointing. The outside shower is great except the water from upper decks leaks so do not leave towels in it if weather is rainy. Same with covered portions of deck-they leak onto lower covered deck when it rains. We loved being able to book a partial week in the summer.

I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay Marcia:) Just to clarify for future guests the beach is actually only 0.2 miles, it takes 5 minutes to walk there with small children and a beach cart. The bed in the main bedroom IS in fact a queen not a double. I do agree that if it rains it’s probably a good idea to bring your towels inside.

Great Atlantic Beach stay!

We spent a long weekend at Jamie's property in Atlantic Beach and really enjoyed it! There was plenty of room for our family of 5 and we all loved the deck space with the lights. The beach was a close walk and very clean. The outdoor shower was great for getting everyone cleaned up quickly after coming back from the beach. Jamie was a thoughful hostess and communication was quick and easy!

Great location!

Sweet convenient place to stay. I loved how close Fort Macon is for a morning run. We also parked there for free to try a different beach. The kids loved the bunk beds and the awesome outdoor shower!

Lovely apartment with everything you need. 5 minute walk to beautiful beach, in a peaceful neighborhood hood, and close to everything. Loved the installed outdoor shower to rid yourself of sand before continuing inside. Owner was very communicable. Thank you!

Cute boho beach house for our annual girls trip!

Great experience I was excited to see it was a familiar property I had visited several time with a friend in the past. The new decor and updates were wonderful! We loved the outside shower addition as well. Lots of beds between bunk and trundle and comfy bed in second bedroom. Loved the high chairs on deck. Very responsive owner and well stocked kitchen as well!

Perfect simple beach getaway

Six of my besties joined me to celebrate my 30th. This space was perfect for the long weekend getaway, located just a short walk to the beach. The dreamy porch is the best for morning coffee and to watch the sunset, and the outdoor shower was a crowd favorite. We highly recommend this sweet space for your family vacation or getaway with your closest pals. Look forward to visiting again in the future.

Above and Beyond

Our stay was absolutely what we needed. The place had everything we needed, was peaceful, not cluttered, airy, super clean. The view on the front porch is icing on the cake after a long day at the beach, you can relax, feel the ocean breeze and view the intercostal water way. PERFECTION!!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Condo was decorated super cute! Very comfortable for my husband and I. Jamie was very responsive to all of my questions before we came and during our stay. She offers trash bags/toilet paper/paper towels and linens. Which is great because it is less to pack. The view of the sound is beautiful. I do wish that there were more outdoor seating options for the back decks and for the porch, as well as in the living room, but again it was perfect for the 2 of us. The master bedroom’s bed is really comfy, and there is a lot of room for your stuff. We will definitely be back again!! The home is also really close to the circle where the majority of things to do and eat are at. Great place!! Thanks for having us!

Wonderful Property and Experience

We rented this property for a week over the Thanksgiving holiday and could not have lucked out more! Honestly a gem of a property and I really don't think you could ask for a better host! Completely on the spot with answering any questions and providing recommendations. We enjoyed our stay so much that we actually reached out to extend one more day which worked out for the owner as well! Just an outstanding stay with a property and owner that I definitely would not hesitate to endorse and recommend 100%! Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy the area at your great place!

Perfect Spot

This house was the perfect location for me. Super short walk to the beach and very easy to enter the beach with all your fishing gear-which was an added bonus for me. The owners were very accommodating and very quick with their responses. Overall great experience!

Cute & Cozy

Loved the property. Location is not our usual (on busy road). Quieter early evening. Very pretty and clean. Needs a few more pots. Everything looks new. The decor is boho cozy! Kitchen is great for cooking. . . Lots of room for dining as well! Porch was wonderful! ☺️

Good Times in Atlantic Beach!

Our host Jamie was very accommodating...especially as our plans kept changing for our stay (Marine Corps logistics!). The unit was very clean and fresh. The AC was perfect for the hot days on the nearby beach. Having the beach just a block away was wonderful. All positive reviews on this VRBO. The only negative is wanting a few more shops nearby for the teenagers to go to on bikes. I would definitely stay here again.

Duplex by the sea

We had a pleasant stay here, rooms were clean and close by to everything we wanted to do. Beach was just a 5 minute walk and the beach itself was never too heavily populated. Otherwise, the property is located in a pretty good location to drive anywhere else you wanted in the area. Never ran into issues with the property, although I did have to fight the door a few times to get it unlocked. Minor thing though! We stayed during a fairly rainy week, and as a frog lover, I had a great time at night listening to all of the frogs near the property (and some on the deck!)

Friends beach trip

There were 6 people in the house when we stayed. The timing of our trip resulted in us receiving some rainy days so beach time was limited but the property was perfect to stay and hang out in. The kitchen was great for cooking for all of us each night and there was plenty of space for us all to just hang out. The little outside sitting area is also adorable once you plug the lights in!
