Chez soi loin de chez soi. Il suffit d'ouvrir la porte depuis le porche avant et vous ĂȘtes assurĂ© de vous sentir dĂ©tendu et totalement Ă  la maison. Cette maison joliment dĂ©corĂ©e a Ă©tĂ© construite en 2005 avec toutes les commoditĂ©s dont vous aurez besoin pendant vos vacances. Cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e ouverte sur salon et salle Ă  manger. Lumineux et aĂ©rĂ© avec beaucoup d'espace pour se dĂ©tendre.

Grand porche filtré dans le salon et la chambre principale. A l'étage, le loft a beaucoup de livres et de jeux pour profiter de la télévision, du DVD et de la Sony PS2, parfaits pour les jeunes et les moins jeunes. TrÚs grande cour, pour ce match amical de baseball ou de football. Si vous vous sentez comme une journée paresseuse, détendez-vous dans le hamac dans la cour arriÚre privée. Nouveau pont arriÚre ajouté en 2011 qui jouxte le porche blindé.

Douche extérieure avec eau chaude et froide pour se rincer aprÚs une journée à la plage. Profitez de votre café du matin sur l'un des deux porches ou projeté dans le porche arriÚre. Beaucoup à voir avec 4 plages à proximité. Faites du shopping dans le centre-ville de Kennebunkport ou visitez LL. Bean à Freeport.

Passez une soirée dans l'un des merveilleux restaurants locaux. Homards vivants à vendre juste en haut de la route. Détendez-vous, profitez, vous le méritez.

Our group of friends LOVED our stay here in Kennebunkport. This beautiful house had everything we needed - it was comfortable, spotless & close to all of our touring spots. The screened in porch was our favorite! We will recommend this to friends & family! I would definitely come back!

Friend's wedding weekend

Good size house away from the road, quiet neighborhood. The house is big and has a great kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to cook for a big group. I would stay here again! Close to Goose Rocks Beach!

Goose Rocks Beach Haven

Great property within biking distance of Goose Rocks Beach. The owner was very helpful and responsive with all the Covid 19 concerns this summer. Our family had a fabulous time in Kennebunkport and this residence.

A great house for family vacation

My family had an amazing time at Goose Rocks Beach. We had our annual family reunion at the beach. This house was gorgeous and fit our family well. The kids loved the lay-out as there were many areas for them to relax together. The screened-in porch was lovely for morning coffee and evening drinks. We would love to return to this house for another vacation!

WONDERFUL GRADUATION WEEKEND

WE CHOSE TO STAY AT GILLIANS FOR OUR SONS GRADUATION AND IT WAS PERFECT. THE HOME WAS FULLY STOCKED AND IMMACULATE. GILLIAN WAS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH AND EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING. WE WOULD LOVE TO VISIT AGAIN AND ENJOY THE BEACH!

This was a fantastic rental. Your minutes away from the beach, and writing between Kennebunkport and University of New England. Peaceful week had with family

Perfect home for a large family or multiple families. Bedrooms are large and spacious with plenty of room to lounge upstairs or play space for littles. This was our 2nd year in a row and it has everything we need for 3 families including little kids. Short drive to Goose Rocks Beach which is the best little beach! And a short drive to other popular locations.

Family getaway in Kennebunkport.

The family had a great week at Gillian's home in Kennebunkport. The location is close to the beach and downtown. This is our third time at Gillian’s home. The house is big enough for the whole family with all the amenities needed to make a few meals at home. The home has a beautiful updated kitchen, which gives us a nice home feeling. Thanks again for letting us stay at your home. We had a lovely time.

Family vacation

We spent a lovely week in Kennebunkport. The house was clean and well stocked with housewares, which what was needed to make a few dinners at home and enjoy the beautiful outdoors. Gillian was very attentive in asking if everything was in order. The family wants to go back to Kennebunkport and stay in this beautiful home again. Thanks for letting us enjoy your home.

Home away from Home

This rental was remarkable! Clean and neat! Tons of room for the whole family to spread out. The children had plenty of space and even a loft in which to entertain themselves. The screened in porch was a huge bonus and we enjoyed many mornings and evenings outside. The house is 1 mile or less to the beach and very accessible to all areas of interest in Kennebunkport. This house will NOT disappoint. Way better and bigger than I imagined based on the photos and reviews. We cannot wait to visit again. The owners were also very friendly and receptive to any questions. They made our stay a huge success!

Home away from home

Our stay at this wonderful home was everything we hoped for. My husband and I were celebrating our 40th birthdays (July 2010) and we wanted to stay somewhere special near the coast. This place was everything we were looking for! Comfort, space and very well cared for is only a few of the words I would use to describe it. Kennebunkport has lots of shopping, restaurants and nearby blueberry picking! Goose Rocks beach is only down the road and it has the best waves for swimming and boogie boarding. My kids loved it. This property is highly recommended for anyone with a large family or even two families to share; the home is very spacious. The owner is helpful and so pleasant to deal with. We are returning for another stay this summer!

Very comfortable

Wonderful location near the beach. Bicycled to it a few times. Parking at the beach is $100 per week. The yard was very private and nicely kept. The deck and screened in porch were delightful. It rained most of our week, so we did spend a lot of time indoors and enjoyed the space. We were surprised that we needed to provide our own sheets and towels and haul the garbage to the curb. This has not been the norm for our vrbo stays. However, the house is very reasonably priced and we did truly enjoy our stay. The bicycles and beach equipment were helpful. Thanks

Everything was great!!

We arrived and the house was immaculate and very welcoming even with flowers in small vases as well as a bottle of wine welcoming us; a very nice touch. There was plenty of room for all seven people. The location was great as we had family at Goose Rocks Beach area with cottages. It was less than 5 minutes to the beach. It was also nice to come home at the end of the day and relax on the screened porch or deck. The decor was warm in colors and very welcoming as well as comfortable. The house was very well equipped with all needs for day to day living and at times we had family over for dinner and all worked out well. There was a window blind that was not working properly and I called the owner and within the hour, it was fixed. Overall, i think the house is great and would not hesitate going back again. The owners are wonderful and kind people wanting to do anything they can to make the stay memorable and a hassle free vacation. All and all, we didn't want to leave!!!

Great weekend

Great home for a big group. We were there off season but imagine it's perfect for a family in the summer - the house was fully stocked for great beach adventures and had bikes and a large screened in porch. Gillian was very helpful and easy to work with and was available for questions and advice

Wonderful Near GooseRocks

We had a fabulous fall weekend getaway. Easy communication with the owner and the place was better than expected. Nice surprise was that the house was further off the road than we thought so we had more privacy , fall foliage , and a huge front and back yard. Great place !

Great house for a girls weekend

We had a wonderful time. Gillian was very easy to get in touch with and the house was clean and well stocked. We love the restaurant Earth at Hidden Pond and were so excited to discover this house is almost across the street! Def recommend this home :)

Perfect place to stay for a weeks vacation

This was our first time at this property and it certainly won’t be our last! 3 families total with 2 littles and it was perfect! House was clean and tidy and had everything needed. The bedrooms are are large and have comfy beds. Overall it was a great experience and there was nothing that we wished was there. Location is just outside of all the surrounding towns but a perfect getaway to not be right in the middle of town. Goose Rocks Beach is a very short drive away and absolutely beautiful!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

My husband grew up going to Goose Rocks beach each year. When I came here from Ireland and we got married we both enjoyed the beauty of the coast of Maine and most especially Goose Rocks Beach and the Kennebunkport area. After many years of looking we found our ideal place to build in 2005. It is less than 2 hours from our home in Massachusetts and we spend as much time as we can here in our haven or home away from home.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We love walking to the beach especially after dinner. We enjoy all the wonderful restaurants that are so close to us and walking around 'The Port' (Kennebunkport). It never gets old and we are always discovering something new. We enjoy going to Portland to catch a Seadogs game or live theater. LL Bean is a must at least twice a year for Steve
