Beautiful home, well maintained and exactly as described. We had a wonderful stay and had no complaints. The homeowners are attentive and respond quickly to any questions. It is in a beautiful, quiet location and is about a 5 minute walk to downtown.

Spacious home, but definitely could use some landscaping and improvements to the outside. We weren't aware that there was no yard but should have asked. There is a playground at the school down the street.

We were five friends getting together for a weekend of playing tabletop games and catching up. Having five bedrooms and bathrooms was key. The dining room table and space is much roomier than it looks in the photos and was handy to the kitchen, first floor bathroom, fire pit, and deck. The firepit was perfect for hanging out and feeling safe about the fire after it was out.

We had a wonderful weekend at this home! There were 10 of us (5 couples) - the beds were great and the common areas were spacious and comfortable. We were tucked away in the back of a neighborhood which made us feel remote but the downtown area was so close. If you're in a larger group and visiting the area, this is a great location!

We spent our family Thanksgiving at this house. Perfect size and accommodations for all of us. Also plenty of the basics that we needed. We also enjoyed a very nice walk into town. It was our first time staying in Kennebunkport as we usually stay in Ogunquit or Wells but I think we found a new favorite!

Perfect - exactly what we were looking for!

We had a great stay in the property. It was everything we were after, spacious, clean and walking distance to the town to enjoy the Christmas festivities. Kennebunkport is a magical place and we are glad we got to enjoy it in the perfect home.

Perfect Home for Family and Friends Getaway

The house was clean, open, bright, and comfortable. And the outside deck was perfect for our crew. We enjoyed be so close to town but also removed and quiet. The owners were super helpful. I highly recommend staying here and would love to return.

Family Fun!

We had a fun-filled stay! The house easily accommodated four generations of our family. The location is walkable to shops and restaurants. Only negatives were low water pressure in some bathrooms and not enough comfy furniture for a large family.

Great house for a weekend with friends

This was the perfect house for a group of friends to gather. We had 8 adults, 2 kids, and a dog. Everything was clean and well organized. We loved the fire pit.

Our family enjoyed this house for 3 nights this past week. It had so much space inside and outside. Our beds were comfortable, most of us had a private bathroom as well.2 nights of firepit fun, the large deck was perfect for games and grilling.The owner was extremely helpful with restaurant suggestions and took care of a .minor issue promptly.Our 2 dogs were perfect houseguests. This property is set back in a secluded area, yet so convenient to walk to Dock Square. We would love to return to this fabulous property.
